Braum’s used to have good burgers and good fries. They still have good fries but the one at Rock and 96 has really gone down hill. Last two times I came here. I asked for no lettuce and got lettuce on my burger. This time I asked for no lettuce and the girl shamika at the window yelled at me and said yeah I heard you no lettuce. Then when I got my burger it was so covered in mayo and look like it had been sloppily put together. I understand this is a fast food place but it used to be a lot better. I don’t see where I could add a photo of my burger but I would if I could.

They charged me 13.45 for 5 bag of burgers for with the cheese but these aint got no cheese. How the hell can you forget to add cheese. Smh… next time I’ll just bring my own slice cheese and buy regular burgers and see how that can get messed up too.

We had such a good time at Braum’s! Service was awesome and very fast. The burgers were delicious and the ice cream was heavenly! Even the other customers were so nice and friendly, making helpful suggestions since we were on vacation and had never been to a Braum’s. Wish we had one in southwest Ky where I live or even in central Tn where I have family. I would drive an hour to get to a Braum’s.

Went and ordered a butter pecan mixer. They gave me a shake instead. Went to exchange it for what I actually ordered and they said we couldn’t because there is a price difference….i tried to explain that that I just want what I ordered but they didn’t even listen to a word we said. I bought another mixer and watched them make it this time to make sure I didn’t have to buy another one for the employees not doing their job correctly. DON’T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO SCREW UP YOUR ORDER AND BUT FOR AN ITEM TWICE. Manager was no help either. They lost a customer and will be telling everyone I know this experience. Braum’s on Rock Rd in Wichita, Kansas…. DO BETTER!

I don’t have any complaints about the food. BUT, we are the only people in the store and most of the tables are dirty. There is food on the tables, under the tables dried ketchup on the dispensers. This is what I can see… what is it like where I can’t see. The manager is in the store. This is not unusual at this store. I came to this location because I needed milk. Usually I go to another location. It’s a shame.

Stopped by Braum’s this morning and grabbed a small breakfast (#1). It was great! The food was fresh and tasted better than what you usually get from other fast-food chains. Simple, quick, and satisfying — I’d definitely come back again for breakfast.

Nothing compares to Braum’s dairy. This location is a great place to grab a gallon of milk, and your favorite treats from the ice cream freezer. The food is delicious, too. The staff is friendly and professional.

i love braum’s. i go there all the time. i’ve only been to this location once before a few months ago, and it was fine, but today the service was terrible. there was only one person in front of me in line, but it still took a long time. i figured maybe they had a big order or some other issue, but when it was finally my turn, things went downhill fast. i ordered a four cheese burger and a vanilla frozen yogurt cone. the cashier asked, “was that a junior burger?” i get that people can mishear things sometimes, so i politely said, “no, i wanted the four cheese burger, number 4.” she said “oh okay” and started typing, then asked, “and a frozen yogurt cone twist, right?” i thought maybe i misheard, so i just said yes. then she repeated, “twist? like you wanted a twist?” and i said, “no, i said vanilla.” after that, she asked the size, told me the burger came with fries, and asked if that was okay i said yes. then she asked if i wanted a drink or shake, and i said no. she asked again, and i said no again. when she gave me my total $10.47 i was confused because it’s usually around $7 for what i ordered. i paid anyway but checked the receipt when i sat down, and she had rung me up for a medium water and charged me for a combo instead of just the burger and fries. first of all, i said no to any drinks twice. second, i never got a water, even though i was charged for one. i’ve ordered this exact same meal at other braum’s locations before, and it’s always about $7 because the four cheese burger already includes fries. this was honestly ridiculous. i don’t like leaving bad reviews, but the cashier clearly wasn’t paying attention at all. she made multiple mistakes, ignored what i said, and overcharged me for something i didn’t even get. i love braum’s, but this location really needs better training for its employees and fire her.

Every time I come here they are out of something they have advertised as a special. Tonight I went for the peppermint brownie Sunday they had on the digital screen and a big cardboard sign. Guy tells me their not selling peppermint ice cream yet this year.. that’s weird? I asked why it was advertised then and all I got was crickets….and then will that be it? Slow service and the order is always wrong. The constant flow of brand new employees might be the problem

Braum’s food items are must for our sweet treat, So many variations of ice-cream, some flavors have won hearts.
I personally love the chocolate flavor, they have different varieties of ice-creams in chocolate flavor. I always check the ingredients, whether they are halal or not,before buying them.Luckily, most of their items have halal ingredients.
Their Cappuccino Chunky Chocolate,
top of my favorites list.
▫️My new favorite is birthday cake-flavored ice cream.When I first tried this blue-colored ice cream, I was a bit worried, wondering how it would taste!
But after trying this one… i absolutely loved it. It tastes like vanilla cake, and just like delicious cake frosting enhances the flavor, the ice cream tasted similarly wonderful. Plus, it had small chunks of cake in it, which made the flavor even richer.
▫️ I liked the chocolate turtle ice cream less. Without any toppings, the ice cream alone didn’t taste very good. The amount of turtle was also very little, and there were some nuts mixed in.
Although I didn’t like some flavors, most of the ice-creams bought so far were very tasty.
Their cookies, brownies are also quite delicious.
