How do your employees manage to mess up our order every single time. Please send your employees to absolutely any other braums location and I promise you that they will learn something. Worse malt I have had in a long time. Got a banana malt and the wanted to charge me for the banana because it was an extra ingredient she told me. I asked what about strawberries or chocolate or pinapple. She just looked at me.

My wife and I and sometimes, our kids, come by this Braums late in the evening with a group of people to enjoy some ice cream. Braums has good ice cream and reasonable price compared to other ice cream places in town. Service is good. Space for sitting a group of people is good.

I had a 1/4 pound cheese burger. It was very good. I also had some kind of strawberry mixed icecream cone, yum yum. Very friendly and helpful staff here. Kiddos had chicken fingers, which were very good.

So. Braums is one of my go tos when I eat out for lunch. Stood at the register roughly 7minutes before being helped- ordered no problem- there was a puddle 3foot by 2 foot in front of the drink station- very slippery! Took roughly 13 minutes to receive my food – it was hot- no complaints- store was dirty staff was not inviting- did not enjoy watching countless customers try to get there drinks n supplies to eat WITHOUT falling- several of us about did. Braums do better- this particular store needs upper management to take a closer look –

Terrible experience. One person in front of me, had to wait to order. Sat by the window to pay until the kid took a whole order of the next person. Then he reached his hand out the window, saying nothing, nor how much I needed to pay or anything. Then he sat there holding my money until he took another order. I did give (what I thought) was exact change, but waited to verify. Finally I honked & he gave me a thumbs up. Then I got my meal. They forgot the shake. She gave me the shake & I asked for a straw & spoon, she said it was in the bag. It was not. No thank you’s, nothing. Just terrible!!

I really enjoy this place a lot and go there often, the ice cream is really good and (I’m pretty sure) it’s freshly made. They sell everything at a worth it price and I enjoy their burgers and chicken tenders!

Our order was wrong on many points, the staff would walk away so quickly you couldn’t ask for help (and you could barely order, both because of their inattentiveness and incompetence.), the burgers were undercooked (pink), the gravy was old and lumpy, the milk (of all things at Braum’s) tasted old. There isn’t much positive I can say. Not a good experience.
