From the outside this restaurant is cozily constructed as to almost look like someone’s home. When I walked into the quaint establishment there was no greeter to seat me and no booths, just a couch that was admittedly very comfy (how do they expect you to eat on a couch?) In hindsight it didn’t bode well that there were virtually no other customers here. The server (if you could even call him that) was not very friendly at all, and bizarrely seemed like he didn’t want me to be there. I could see why later on when I discovered the restaurant was filled with code violations. The silverware wasn’t covered and the guy in the kitchen didn’t have gloves on and was clearly nervous about me catching him. There was even a random house cat just hanging out in the dining area.
Despite the terrible service, I was able to find a partial jar of peanut butter and some hotdogs somehow. They tasted like store-bought hotdogs. It was actually one of the better meals I’ve had recently, but that doesn’t make up for the horrendous staff and eating conditions. It was so bad the police arrived right after I left! I give this restaurant 0 out of 12 stars. I will not eat here more than five or six more times.

One of the workers last night, at the end of our visit: female, young, drive-thru, was way too concerned with what my best friend and I were doing. Then, she proceeds to start acting like she had just witnessed us do the most reprehensible action she had ever seen or could possibly imagine. She started hooping and hollering from behind the counter, to us, her co-workers and the entire damn restaurant (half full of patrons!) about, OBVIOUSLY, something she must have just imagined. Because, the only things my best friend and I were doing were: emptying our trays in the trash, refilling our drinks, chatting and giggling amongst ourselves and picking up some of the Free Newspapers from the front to donate to the Brazoria County SPCA for use as kennel liners. She was the MOST RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, DISCOURTEOUS, NON-CUSTOMER FRIENDLY worker at a Fast Food Restaurant I believe I’ve ever had the DISPLEASURE of having to put up with!!! I even started to speak to a manager about her RUDE, EMBARRASSING, OBNOXIOUS BEHAVIOR, but the female manager COMPLETELY IGNORED ME and proceeded to walk out of the establishment !!! Well,Wataburger of Clute, TX Crew and Management; you have SIGNED A GUARANTEE that NO MATTER WHAT: I will NEVER, EVER give my business nor a single hard earned penny to your restaurant. All you are going to receive from me is; this lovely little review and a phone call to the Corporate Office.
