A warning to travelers- Do not waste your time and money. Keep on trucking! I understand this is a fast food restaurant and the expectations for such a place is generally low. This location has managed to lower the bar even further. They’ve changed management too many times to count and their turnover rate is abysmal. This leads me to believe the place is a nightmare to work for. I am only bothering to post a review because today was the last straw. I placed an online order but when I arrived they were closed. The lights were on and people were inside but no one would answer the drive through. When someone finally came on they told me it would be another 15-20 minutes before they could open. Not only did I not get the meal I purchased, I can’t get a refund and there is no option to cancel. If they did give me a refund it would take 10 days to credit my account. They will not give me the food because the app states it was completed. When I call the store the phone is disconnected and not in service. I guess I should thank them because I will no longer eat at Hardee’s and this will probably extend my life a great deal.

Waited over thirty minutes for the order and were then told that they didn’t know we were still waiting even though we checked on the order at least three times in that same thirty minutes. After the wait we were treated to the order being messed up and certainly no apology for our inconvenience. Worst Hardee’s I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of them. Ain’t going again that’s for sure.

My kids enjoyed their sausage biscuits and my cinnamon roll was ok. However. No receipt was given to me or in the bag and the lady at the window had an attitude or maybe she was just having a bad day. Yet that has nothing to do with working fast food and at the window. Thankful the food was better this time.

Hardee’s in Calera is usually good,but this time was not ordered 2 BIG HOT HAM AND CHEESE combos and waited 15 minutes and the sandwiches come out cold cheese not melted and no meat hardly on the sandwiches would not recommend THE BIG HOT HAM AND CHEESE. SAVE THE $22.00 go someplace else.

I came through out of town, and we don’t have a local Hardee’s. I love the Frisco Burger. I ordered 2 just the sandwich. This is what I got! No bacon and a slither of a tomato to the side of both! It was slop at best. I guess this is the reason Hardee’s is closing restaurants.

I was going to grab something to eat & I saw the sign that said new management? And the bathrooms are disgusting who would eat here? The new management DOES NOT Understand this? I am thinking, if the bathroom looks like this? So does the kitchen?! Should have taken photos!

Good evening I notice the sign said under new management. It was a pleasure to get a chance to me him. This Guy made us feel welcome and made sure we was happy before leaving. The whole staff was friendly food was fresh and hot. Keep up the great job.

Went in from a doctor visit. Really wanted Hardees chicken tenders. I should’ve keep driving. You couldn’t give me a free meal to stop again. The tenders me and my son got were mushy. The hamburgers my other son and mother in law got where under cooked and messes. My wives chicken sandwich had, what looked like water dripping from it and was slightly under cooked. All around dis appointment. Should’ve know from the state of the restaurant.

I stopped by Friday around 3 went in to eat got mushroom Swiss burger it had 3 mushrooms and a bout a teaspoon of sauce the burger was okay but should had more sauce. The workers had the drive thru window open there was 0 people in the drive thru the back door was open letting Flys and other bugs in. I can see why the health rating is 89 instead of the workers out side smoking they need to be behind a broom and mop cleaning that cesspool up The bathrooms well I won’t even go there just to nasty. There is no excuse for the bathroom being so nasty and workers out side doing nothing. Workers at the counter was rude I know your under new management but it worse than before. I definitely won’t be back.
