I recently tried a gyro and fries from this local eatery. Although the gyro was a bit soggy and lacked flavor, as if it had been drenched in too much broth, I still appreciated the effort put into making it. However, I was a little disappointed with the service. Despite being the first to place an order when the store was nearly empty, I ended up receiving my food fourth, after other customers who had ordered after me. Although the employee apologized, the reason for the delay didn’t seem to make sense. Additionally, it would have been nice to receive a bag for multiple items without having to ask myself, as it’s a customary convenience for customers. Furthermore, I observed one of the other customers dropping a box while juggling their food, which could have been avoided with better packaging. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in both the food and the service offered by this eatery.

My family and I have always loved the food here but unfortunately I will never order from them again due to the customer service and employees attitudes. I ordered 2 large burbon chickens with the 2 sides and when I got home to finally eat after waiting 40 minutes to pick up my food one of the boxes had NO chicken just the 2 sides so I politely called and told them and the employee on the phone said “that’s our bad” so then I asked if they can remake it WITH THE CHICKEN I ALREADY ORDERD and payed for, He said yes, he never said anything about bringing the old order back so I sent my boyfriend to go pick it up for the second time not thinking he would need the messed up order that nobody told me to bring. So they refused to remake the order and only have him the chicken meanwhile the 2 sides are cold now due to their mistake. Terrible customer service. So I wasted my gas, time, and money. Hope you guys can have better customer service and communication for other customers!

Only spent $23.00 for two of us and the food was great! I had DoorDash Ed here several times and tried it myself tonight. The cornbread was the best I have ever had and the chicken wrap was great. Although it was super busy, they did a great job preparing the order. The owner was training some newbies at the time. Well worth the wait.

I got the bayou trash bowl. Very filling. Very delicious. And juicy. The chicken itself I give 5 stars. They did mess something up. I was missing the chicken. But the young gentleman and I believe the owner, they both took very good care of me and fixed the issue with no hesitation. They’re very dedicated to their customers and it shows! Even while being short staffed, if you’re patient they will take very good care of you! Absolutely zero complaints!! They will be keeping me as a customer for sure! Thank you so much BBB! y’all are amazing!

Sad, I been working in Fairborn over 26 years. I wanted something different for lunch. Looked online, website said they were open, go to the restaurant, walked in to be turned away. I was told they just started cooking and it was going to take over 30 minutes before they could take my order. Then to make matters worst, they stopped what they were doing to watch me through the window. Not a good first impression

No matter who is there working they treat you with love and respect they triple check the order before it goes out with your approval they put so much love attention to detail and have a positive attitude it really reflects in the food it’s Ultra delicious and well worth every penny I personally recommend the bourbon chicken sandwich the bourbon chicken sub they’re french fries and their kids cheeseburger you will not be disappointed and you will definitely be returning maybe even the next day like I did and they really do thank their customers for their business

Fairborn has finally found flavor! This adorable tiny bistro has some amazingly unique dishes for the adventures sort. Known for the bourbon chicken, they also have bourbon subs, blackened wraps, chicken gyros, salads, and so much more. I ordered the blackened chicken with steamed veggies (this came as carrots, cabbage, yellow squash, zucchini, and broccoli with seasoning!!) And Cajun taters. On the recommendation of the adorable waitress, I had the bourbon sauce over the potatoes… Oh my word my mouth had a flavor-gasm! Delicious! Absolutely will recommend this tiny spot to anyone who is tired of the same ol same ol.
