We ate here on way through town. The lady who seated us seemed like it was a chore. Our server was nice and did a good job. We ordered wings which were really good. The buffalo chicken wrap was ok. The French dip was ok, they toast the bun which wasn’t to bad a lot of places over do it and it cuts the roof of your mouth. We also got the kids mac and cheese which was surprisingly good, we expected it to be store bought box stuff. It took a while to get our food, not sure if it was because we got there a half hour after they open or if they normally are slow.

Was our first time trying this place. After trying for an hour to get them on the phone to order we finally just went to the restaurant. Ordered a hamburger, fries, spaghetti and meatballs. Roughly 25 minutes later our food was available.
I personally will not eat here again, the spaghetti had very little sauce and the meatballs had none. The meatballs were just balls of hamburger thrown on top of the pasta. They were rubbery and had no flavor. Almost as if they were frozen then cooked and then frozen and then thawed out again. Ended up eating two bites of the pasta and tossing the whole thing in the trash. Hamburger itself was a tad dry but edible enough for my husband.
All in all the meal wasn’t worth $42.00.

For $21.00 plus tax, you would expect more than a spoon of pasta and 6 dry meatballs thrown into a to go container.

We were in town for a sporting event and selected this restaurant because the menu looked appealing. We arrived to an overflowing parking lot but a fairly empty restaurant and were greeted and seated right away. We ordered a chicken Caesar wrap with fries and grilled chicken, rice and veggies. The wrap was fine, but nothing on the other plate was edible, and the plate was sloppy. It looked like a dirty spatula had been drug across the edge of it. The chicken was grilled so hard that it had become dry and burned (the actual burned side was placed burn side down on the plate so as to hide it), the cauliflower was gray (like it had been sitting in a steam tray for too long/left over), and the rice slimy (with an off/old taste like it too had been sitting too long/leftover). When the waiter came to the table, I apologized and I explained the above and that I would not eat it. He picked up the plate and left with it…no apologies or offer to start another order no words really. He had kind of been that way all night…would bring water to the table and just drop it on a pass by without speaking. Not very personable. A while later a manager came to the table, apologized and offered to bring something else. By then my dining partner was finished eating, so we were ready to leave. I declined. They did take the charge of my meal off the bill, so that was appreciated. We paid the remaining bill, left a decent tip and left.

Ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta. It was pretty good. The chicken seemed slightly undercooked to me, but I am very cautious with chicken after a bad salmonella poisoning incident a few years ago so it may just be me being weird lol. Our server Kelly was lovely and did an excellent job especially given that she was new to the restaurant and there were only 2 waitresses on staff. Decent place to go when you’ve been on the road and are staying at the attached hotel and are too tired to go anywhere else. They have a reasonable selection of pasta, wings, burgers, salads, sandwiches and they do serve alcohol.

Place was packed and our server did an amazing job even when the POS system went down. The food was great and Raceyne, our server, did an awesome job at taking care of us and making sure we were taken care of during the hectic situation she was in. Accually all the staff pulled together and did what professionals do. Very impressed with the staff and how they handled the difficult situation they were dealt. Definitely be going back.

We didn’t get our drinks ordered until a manager came over to do it. The appetizers were good. Main course, not so much. Price is kinda high, and it’s loud in there. They need a bathroom sign, because everyone was confused where to go. They also didn’t have the stuff to change the kids drink color like it should’ve been.

Had a great experience! Ethan not only greeted us in a very genuine manner, he was also our server for the night. Every step of the way he wanted to make sure we had the best experience as possible. I had a drink that was just ok and his response was, “what can I do to make it better because I want you to like it.” Normally I would have gotten a “sorry about that,” and nothing to make it different or better. Kudos to Ethan for caring as much as he does about the customer experience. The ribs were excellent and hit the spot after a long day of driving.

Food was good or ok, Service was a little on slow side for keeping water refilled, soda got refilled without asking. We were a 6 top and only about 4 other tables when we arrived shortly after 11am. Two orders of appetizers as meal, definitely prepared way before meals, then sat there until served with meal. The nachos were cold because of this. Maybe FOH to BOH miscommunication. Pizza is a recommend. Pizza burger sounds good, and is ok. Making a calzone from that would be phenomenal. Wife really enjoyed the sandwich she ordered. I do like the fries a lot! Just the right amount of seasoning. Really nice setup, clean, staff is super friendly, just could be a little better on refills.
