I love to get Chester’s whenever I take a road trip. I wanted only a breast which is the best item and value on the menu. They were out of it and I ended up with a thigh which wasn’t great. Better luck next time.

The woman running the counter today at lunch was extremely rude. I saw the sign outside for a buffalo chicken sandwich. I asked the gal for one and she said “we don’t have that right now” even though it is the lunch hour. Didn’t offer to make one either. I ended up ordering the nuggets with a side of mac & cheese. When she was dishing up our order I saw her boxing up green beans. I told her that my husband ordered the mashed potatoes and she said “and he got it”. Then I said nobody ordered green beans. I thought then that they might have been for another customer. Got outside and checked the sack and, sure enough, there was green beans and no mac & cheese. I had my husband take the green beans back in to get what I ordered. She told him that she thought I ordered an extra side of mac & cheese. If I did, where was it? Not in the sack. And, if I ordered an extra side why didn’t she charge for it? She should not be serving customers with that attitude and personality.

This place was out of Mac and cheese and biscuits. We ordered a 4 PC dark with a biscuit and mashed potatoes and gravy. She said she would substitute a potato wedge. And then charged us for a leg that was part of the meal. Tried to get the lady working to change the price to reflect what she said she would do for us. She became rude and said she didn’t say that. Ok whatever. If you want rude service and get over charged, this is the place. Never again will I eat here.

Absolutely disgusting. The chicken tenders we were served were cold and stale. The fried corn was cold, the biscuits were hard (and cold). About the only thing really edible was the packaged ranch dressing and the Mac and cheese. I shouldn’t even be forced to give this place a single star. Never again
