The experience started with the waitress telling us they were closing at 10pm it was 9pm (the website said 12am) we got our drinks quickly but then waited 20 minutes for our food order to be taken. None of that would have overly bothered me but there was a leak in the roof dripping onto the bar floor When my husband and I pointed it out she said the owners were to cheap to fix it I suggested a wet floor sign at minimum ( we left an hour later NO wet floor sign) hope they don’t get sued

We had a really great experience at Boston Pizza today. We ordered a veg pizza and drinks, and everything was delicious and well prepared.
A special mention to Ava, who served us — she was extremely friendly, polite, and attentive throughout our visit. She made sure we were comfortable, checked in at the right times, and her positive attitude truly made our experience even better.

This location is good, clean and quiet. We ordered Spicy Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese & Parmesan Fries. The portion size is very good. We were not able to finish it.

My family and I recently attended this establishment on Friday night. We were absolutely delighted when we were greeted with the kindest soul with straight brown hair at the front, we were quickly shown to our table and our service plus food was great! On our way out the hostess went out of her way to wish us a great night and safe travels. Will be back again!!

We had a great experience at Boston Pizza. We ordered a large veg pizza and mac n cheese, and both were delicious and well prepared. What really stood out was the service — the owner and the servers were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Great place with decent food. We had been there for a birthday and the birthday girl was satisfied. The drinks were pretty good and strong. The hosts and the staff are super friendly. The portions are huge even for the kids menu. Highly recommend the cactus cut fries, they were delicious and something we had never tried before

Last night my boyfriend and I came to this Boston Pizza during a pretty bad rainy/icy storm and had a great experience. Due to the weather it was very quiet but service was fast for drinks, food was good, and overall had a great experience. Staff was kind and considerate to my notes about my food allergy and made sure i was taken care of ! We would definitely come back!

Over the weekend my family and I ate there and had a great time. While we were there, there were a few parties at the same time that I thought would slow things down but our service was still very fast and everything came out perfectly. This location is quieter but the experience is 10/10.

Came in on a Monday afternoon and was immediately greeted with friendly service. I ordered the Mac n Cheese—absolutely delicious! This is one of the few Boston Pizza locations where the staff truly go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. Great experience all around. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The portion sizes have decreased dramatically since a few years ago. I ordered sweet potato fries off of the “Appy Hour” menu, and they gave a small handful of fries, probably about half a cup. Friends of mine also got very small portions for all the apps they ordered (smaller portions than we had 2 years ago.) I probably wouldn’t choose to eat here again for a while.
Edited to add photo: The photo is of the wings and sweet potato fries another person in my party ordered. Photo taken after eating only about 3 fries. The wing portion size was as advertised, but the sweet potato fries serving was astonishingly small.
