I’ve had several incredible experiences at Rib and Chop this past month, and a huge part of that was thanks to Bianca M and Eli B. Each time I’ve had dinner there, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their knowledge of the menu was spot-on, their timing was perfect, and they made the entire meal feel relaxed and special without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to find service that’s both professional and personable, but Bianca and Eli absolutely nailed it. They turned a great meal into an exceptional dining experience every time. If you’re dining here, you’re in fantastic hands with them. This is a wonderful restaurant. Be sure to ask for Bianca M or Eli B if you can! I hope management and the founders read this review and reward/recognize these two servers for their hard work. Thank you both again!

Frozen “a la carte” fries for $8 :)))))) old oil, awful taste.
The ribs are small and dry.

I was a bit hesitant to go here based on some of the reviews. I’m glad I took a chance.
The food was excellent, cooked to order and piping hot. The service was also very good. My iced tea tasted “off” and my waiter not only gave me the option of another beverage, he took it off my bill, too. I enjoyed my meal, would return and would recommend. Very good!

Went on Saturday 31 Jan. We reserved a table for 3 at 630. They got us to our table on time. Ordered beer, appetizers, and our food. Appetizers came out with no plates, silverware or beer. Beer came after appetizers were done. Food came but still no silverware. Asked a hostess if we could get silverware and she says she’ll look into it and then immediately goes off to do something else…in front of us fully in view. Finally, our actual server comes by and we ask again for silverware after we got to look at our food for 15 minutes we finally got to eat it. Food wasn’t hot and my pasta looked and tasted like it had sat for a while before it came to me. The service is poor and the food is disappointing.

We stayed in Laramie just to eat here passing through on our way back to Tennessee. My husband loves this restaurant. Our experience wasn’t incredible this trip. My husband ordered the special, but got nothing like it was described to him by the waitress. For a $50 special, your staff needs to know the details. They gave him a corrected order, however by that time, i was already finished eating. I also had to ask for a refill on my water. For two people having a bill over $100, I would expect better service. They gave us a free desert and took one beer off the bill, which was appreciated but it wasn’t really enough compensation for the amount of money we spent. The food was decent but absolutely not worth the price and frustration.

Great experience here for a formal and fun dinner. Highly recommend during football season because they have every game on which makes it an even more fun experience. Bit on the expensive side but worth the price if you want to spend the dollar.

Food was very good and hot. Came in before a game and was sat and served in a timely manner. The food was great, the service was very average, though. Forgot our drinks, came by the table maybe once. Forgot to put in a salad. If the server would’ve gave any effort at all the visit would’ve been a 5 star. But hats off to the kitchen. The food came out at a reasonable time considering the amount of volume they were pushing out and it was good quality.

What has happened to Rib and Chophouse? We don’t go there very often because its so expensive but we got a large gift card from our in laws so we could go out so we have used it 3 different times. Every time we came here something was wrong with our food. Prime rib came out cold. Burger came out burnt with charcoal flavor so bad it was hard to eat, overcooked fries, For the price of the food here this is not cool. this is why we do not spend our “own” money here…and only came because we had a gift card. the food is not good for the price you pay. Nice atmosphere and for the most part we received good service but the food is terrible overpriced and not cooked well. We won’t be coming back. (especially since our gift card has run out)

It was open for Easter Sunday. I thought it was nothing impressive, I ordered a bison burger and the fries were hard and crispy. The bison burger was over cooked and did not really have a taste. I’m not from Wyoming, and sometimes restaurants forget about flavor. The music was loud and the server asked if I wanted a $10 dessert about 7 times.
