Stopped in for a quick dinner. Pizza was good a bit spicy for my heartburn but it was really good! Salad was huge. Thankfully we shared it but it was hard to finish despite it being so good!!

Its a great place to hangout..My cousins and I come to this Boston Pizza location a lot, and every time we are here, we have consistently received the best service from Rohit and Mansi. It’s a fantastic location, and I recommend everyone to come check this out!

Unfortunately, we had to leave after 20 minutes of waiting for a server. No one stopped by to even say they would be with us shortly. The restaurant was by no means busy. The manager was at the front when we left and I explained what happened and he just looked at me and my family. Won’t be going back.

I need to start by saying that I always look for a Boston Pizza after my kids’ games. For years, it’s been a reliable go-to: consistent food, predictable service, and usually capable of handling large groups without blinking. That reputation is the only reason we chose this location.
That said—this was by far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had at a Boston Pizza, and honestly one of the worst I’ve had at any chain restaurant. Ever.
We arrived on a Friday night after my son’s game with a group of 13 (4 kids, the rest adults). It took nearly 20 minutes for a server to even acknowledge us. When she finally did, she seemed completely overwhelmed and confused while taking our order—whether new or just untrained, it immediately set the tone.
And then it went completely off the rails:
1. Over 30 minutes just to get drinks—including water.
2. My mother was served a Corona Cero because they “don’t have bottles or cans of Corona”… which makes absolutely no sense.
3. 40 minutes after ordering, the server came back to tell us the wing sauce we ordered wasn’t available—and then acted annoyed when people needed a moment to pick an alternative. Her exact suggestion: “Get the Thai Honey Garlic… actually they probably don’t have that either.”
4. She forgot an entire pizza (deep dish loaded pepperoni / Detroit-style).
5. Then brought out a regular pepperoni instead. Wrong pizza!!!
6. Completely forgot my friend’s beer—a basic Coors.
7. Dropped a stack of plates and cutlery at one end of the table and said, “Pass these around.” The tables weren’t even connected, so people had to stand up and distribute them themselves.
After two full hours of this disaster, she finally brought the bill—with zero acknowledgment of the experience. We were charged the full price for a pizza that ended up being take out, two hours later..
When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was no manager on site. Supposedly one was consulted over the phone, and the grand solution offered? A 10% senior discount. That’s it. No accountability. No ownership. No attempt to make it right.
This was garbage service, plain and simple.
Do yourself a favor: save your time and money and go literally anywhere else. There are far too many good food spots around to tolerate service this bad. This location should be avoided at all costs.

We ordered online and picked up the food, so I can’t comment on the wait staff. The food was ready on time and was hot and fresh. The pizza was good but not great – I have had better pizzas for the same money. The baked chicken wings were tasty.

We enjoyed our meals at Boston Pizza. The waitress was super friendly, and service was perfect. Four cheese ravioli with red sauce was very cheesy and portion was very generous. My new york strip loin was perfectly cooked medium. Very moist and tasty. Overall we had great time and the place is clean and comfortable. I will come again.

Can’t comment on the food. Just dropped in to this location, seated us, and after 15 minutes no one came by to even ask for our drink order, despite trying to get server’s attention. Other customers seated and just getting their coats off, are being asked about their drinks. Decided to complain to the hostess, leave, and walked across the street to Kelsey’s. Two minutes, and we have our drinks ordered, 5 minutes and drinks are on the table, and our appetizers are ordered.
Guess service at Boston Pizza is a coin toss.

This BP seems to be quite consistent in food quality with the rest of the chain. The service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was typical, we sat at the bar so it was more of a sports bar atmosphere. They still have a pool table here for some reason.
