Ordered 3 larges. All extra cheese. I literally had no cheese, at all. 2nd had cheese on half of it. They offered to remake one of them. Wouldn’t be mad, but the total was $75.

A 14in NY style pizza? Nope. Just over 12″. There is no flexibility to the crust, definitely not foldable. The amount of toppings is sad. It’s supposed to have Asiago cheese, 3 cheese blend and regular amount of mozzarella, but when cooked it had less cheese than a little caesers hot and ready pizza. There is barely 1 piece of pepperoni , 1 slice of ham and 2 pieces od sausage per slice. You can do better Domino’s.

Ordered a medium pizza and chicken alfredo. I paid $8+ dollars for this crappy burnt bowl that has barely anything in it. I CAN SEE THE BOTTOM OF THE BOWL AND I HAVEN’T EVEN TOUCHED IT.

The amount of toppings on pizza went down to ridiculously low levels comparing to Domino’s advertising while prices are continuously rising.
Very disappointing and shameful for a GIANT like Domino’s to go down to such low standards!
I am pretty sure Domino’s would not go out of business If they would put the same amount of toppings on their pizza as they advertise!

Very nice employees. Fast delivery. But inconsistent product. Some pizzas are great (medium pan all meat is usually well made and pretty good) but then we got a couple the other night that were burned, unevenly cut, partly upside down, and with some extra topping we didn’t ask for dribbled on to part of the large pepperoni we ordered. Very disappointed with that order.
Once, recently, they forgot to bring one of the pizzas I ordered. I called and let them know and they quickly sent someone to my house to bring a replacement, which I very much appreciated. I think they’re willing to try to make things right when they go wrong, but they go wrong more than they should.
I think Domino’s could benefit from some extra quality control checks before food goes out the door.

This place is decent most of the time.. but jeeze people need to quit working in the service industry if they can’t simply communicate with customers.
There was a kid named Orrin working tonight and I’ve never received such AWFUL customer service before in my life and I’ve been on this earth for almost 3 decades now. I was notified my order was delivered at around 6pm after the driver “was pulling up” at 5:45(notified via text).
So I simply call the store after it says “delivered” to see where they delivered it(my address is commonly hard to find so I understand it happens, I wasn’t even upset about it until speaking with this kid) so he states that it says delivered.. so I communicate that it wasn’t delivered to my address, is it ask if there is a way to contact the driver to see where she delivered it or if she needs help finding my address. The dude is SO rude and says “I have no was to contact her so what do you want me to do?”
Well bro.. I just want my food so I ask “how long would it take to deliver a new order?” He says well once she gets back at least 30 more minutes.. so it’d take over 3 hours to get my two medium pizzas and breadsticks all while living less than 5-6 mins away..
So I ask to pick it up and he acted like I was the issue all because I asked to pick it up instead(I have to hangry toddlers attacking me at this point).
I did pick it up but he was a complete jerk! If he still works at this store after this interaction I will never be ordering from here again. What a complete jerk all over a simple miscommunication.
Also my pizzas look like garbage and they couldn’t even put cheese on the entire thing. I ended up getting both orders since she still delivered it somehow.. so it was completely on this Orrin guy. If he simply contacted his driver all of this would’ve been avoided. Smdh.

So this was the worst Domino’s I have ever had. Around half the pizza was just missing cheese and over done. The pizza was full of bubbles with giant air pockets making it even worse. I do not recommend this Domino’s location. Just look at the pictures i posted .
