Ordered the value nachos and a cheesy rollup with beef. No beef on cheesy rollup and not sure how the nachos are supposed to look, but that is a lot of empty box. Also was asked about sauce and fire was requested – no sauce. Drive thru person was polite though.

Went here to pick up a door dash order and the could care less if they got the order out of not, I waited 10 minutes over the time it was supposed to be done, while making the order, the guy was conversating and was taking forever to make the order. This place has the slowest and laziest employees I have ever seen at a taco bell. This place doesn’t deserve any stars, everything about this place was terrible

I asked them to check the Dr. Pepper because I bought it for someone else. To me it didn’t taste right. They said it was fine, and got me a dr pepper from the kitchen, apparently they ran off 2 different lines of syrup. In either case, I should of spoke up because the soda was mostly seltzer water when I got to my friend. They were very nice about it, but it wasn’t disbursed correctly.

I come to this location because it’s a mile from my house but they really impressed me today. There were two very nice young people running the drive thru and it was a pleasure getting served in such a timely manner and the food has really stepped up a notch also. Great job guys and gals!

The staff was friendly and fast. My problem is with inventory management. The shell was old and probably expired. This is a management issue. Perhaps even higher. Just poor food quality .. hey, taco bell… IDK
