Boston Pizza Ironwood absolutely deserves a 5/5 star review! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and genuinely friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel taken care of. The service is fast, attentive, and consistently excellent.
The food is outstanding every time. Whether it’s the perfectly cooked pizzas loaded with fresh toppings, the flavorful pastas, or their delicious appetizers, everything arrives hot, fresh, and beautifully presented. You can really tell they care about quality and consistency.
The restaurant itself is clean, comfortable, and great for any occasion — family dinners, casual hangouts with friends, or even game nights. The team at Ironwood truly sets this location apart with their professionalism and positive energy.

Biston pizza’s free kids meal is back! Value for money, great for family with kids! Only thing need to make sure is they don’t charge you for kids meal in the bill as it’s seems a very easy forgotten thing of the team

We had an outstanding experience at Boston Pizza on Steveston, thanks to our server, Fasica M. She was absolutely lovely — warm, positive, and always smiling. Her attentiveness stood out right away; she checked on us regularly to make sure we were happy, enjoying our food, and had everything we needed.
Fasica was professional, friendly, and had a wonderful sense of humor that made the whole meal even more enjoyable. She knew the menu extremely well and her recommendations really helped us choose dishes we loved. It’s not easy to find a truly great server, but she was definitely a gem who elevated our entire dining experience.

Just wanted to share the wonderful service I received from Fasica. She provided amazing service, and even my non-English speaking grandma could feel her hospitality and kindness. Fasica did a great job and stayed attentive throughout the entire time my family was there. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. She always seemed to know what we needed—whether it was a drink refill or extra hot water—before we even had to ask. Thank you, Fasica, for such a great experience!

This is the best BP spot and don’t even try to fight me about it. The staff were absolutely amazing. They added extra touches to every single dish we were served. The kids menu keeps the kiddos entertained and happy. The staff gave us a free brownie just because we told her it was a birthday celebration. And they gave us a mountain of chocolate rocks on the sundae. The staff provided cups of iced tea for all of us even though it says one cup at a time. We got a whole bowl of mozzarella to add to the pasta. Which by the way is the best pasta ever.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The service felt careless and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. Staff seemed irritated and uninterested in helping, and basic politeness was missing. I understand restaurants can get busy, but that doesn’t justify the attitude.
The food itself was average at best and definitely not worth the price. What bothered me more than the food was the atmosphere — it felt uncomfortable, like customers were an inconvenience rather than welcome guests.
There are many other places in Richmond where you can get similar or better food with much better service. Unfortunately, this visit convinced me not to return.

Decent place to come and watch TV. I ordered the maple bacon burger and I thought it was decent. Also ordered the spinach dip and I wasn’t a huge fan of it. The bread tasted too stiff and it wasn’t as good as other restaurants.
It was also difficult to get our servers attention, we tried clicking the call server on the table station, but it didn’t seem to work at all.

My family and I had such an amazing time dining at Boston pizza. Especially our server Fasica was wonderful! She was friendly, polite, and took the time to actually chat with us about our day. You could tell she genuinely cared, and the conversations were easy and enjoyable. She definitely made our visit better.

This is Boston Pizza has the worst service. We had initially wanted to make reservations at this restaurant for a birthday party. My son wanted pizza. When we first called a week earlier, the person on the phone indicated that the reservation will be fine. However when we called two days prior to confirm the reservation, the restaurant indicated that because our reservation was mainly with kids, they were unable to accommodate. It is a terrible way to tell adults. The kids who would be attending will not order from the kids menu as they are too old anyways. The manager on the phone had the audacity to tell us that if our reservation was for adults, they would be able to accommodate, however as our reservation was for kids, they would be unable to take our reservation. This was 2 days prior to the dinner.
We have dined at this restaurant before the food has declined in the recent years. It’s too bad the manager here provides this type of service to it’s customers. Will not make reservations at this restaurant again.
Update: The manager contacted me but tried to clarify the situation. However how can she clarify when they initially said yes they can accommodate our reservation but after finding out our party was mainly kids, they said they cannot accommodate our request. Beats me. Would be better if its a third party and not the manager.

This was honestly one of the most uncomfortable service experiences I’ve had. The staff are completely unprofessional and extremely rude toward customers. In particular, an older Asian woman without glasses spoke in a very disrespectful and dismissive manner. That kind of attitude is absolutely unacceptable.
It’s hard for a business to succeed long-term when employees don’t know how to communicate properly with customers. I felt both uncomfortable and undervalued during my visit. In the service industry, basic politeness and respect should be the minimum standard.
I will definitely not be coming back, and I will be sharing my experience with others. Management seriously needs to address staff behavior and professionalism.
