Ordered a meal a hour before they were supposed to close and the kid there who claimed to be a manger was very rude to me and my daughter. Said they were out of pretty much everything. I think it’s because he just wanted to get off ASAP. His name is Casey..If that’s really even his name, he did not have a name tag and very dirty. Boston market lost a loyal customer!!

I won’t eat again probably ever lol, the turkey was tasteless and watery, they were out of about 7 items, the mashed potatoes had no taste and the gravy was lumpy. I placed a takeout order on line for ribs on July 1st. After I submitted the order I received a call that they were out of ribs, so could not fill the order. I have been trying to get a refund because the charge went through to my credit card even though the order was cancelled. I called on July 7th and the person I spoke to knew nothing about how to issue a refund and was going to have Chris call me–never happened. I called twice again today but no one is answering the phone. I will have to report this to my credit card company as a fraudulent charge since I cannot get any response from the store about issuing a refund.

Went on a weekday. Inside closes at 8p, just missed it. Went to drive thru, waited 15 minutes. Nothing. Drove around and looked through drive thru window. Lights were off but i could see hot tables still had all utensils in it and looked hot. No one inside. Just left.

My husband stopped in after work because we wanted to take advantage of the offer I received in my email. First, today they were only taking cash. So he walked to the Aldi ‘s were there was an ATM, got cash but no receipt. Walks back to store, all this in 110 degree heat. Gets to counter but drops his phone which he had taken out to get the notes he had made. Counter person makes RUDE remark about dropping the phone. With that, they lost our order bc he just turned around and walked out. Would be a nice plce for a restaurant if they could train the help better!

When we were given the bags our food was in they were all leaking either gravy or some sort of juice from the chicken as the lids either didn’t fit the trays or werent put on all the way when being packed. Mashed potatoes and cilantro lime rice tasted like instant food and did not not have their usual appearance so I can only assume they were, in fact, instant. The steamed vegetables we ordered were dry as well. The chicken was good and cornbread was a bit soggy but was otherwise good. Likely won’t be returning to this location for a while. Sad because we even ordered extra mashed potatoes. We really wanted those potatoes

Food was hot, fresh and tasty. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a Boston Market and I’ll be coming back soon. Chicken is moist and flavorful, staff friendly and attentive. Would recommend to anyone to come to this location. Dining are was clean and welcoming, restrooms well taken care of. Service was fast and my plate was brought to my table for me. Good customer service. Keep up the good work! I’ll be back soon! Thanks guys. All staff seemed to be working hard in a team-like manner, nice to see for a chance from other fast food joints.

I ate at this restaurant today I ordered a pot pie a brownie and a large drink the meat in the pot pie was not hot it was not mixed in with the vegetables and I was not mixed in with the vegetables it was not mixed in with the vegetables it actually wasn’t a good meal the manager was too busy trying to figure out a schedule he was Spanish and he was talking to two young kids which days off they want and he was more concerned about that then the quality of food and customer service there was people that actually came up to the counter and they had to wait I will not be coming back to the store because the food is not good I would much rather have Kentucky fried Chicken pot pie because I know for a fact that that is good

Was craving comfort food and didn’t like cooking so decided to try Boston Market. There was a free individual meal if you order $10 or more on first visit thru their reward program so I signed up and ordered. Food was ready when I got there and order was correct other than they did not give the extra gravy requested. I had the turkey and mashed potatoes, everything was pretty good but had to keep salting it otherwise very bland including the gravy. It did the trick but not sure it will be a cravable place. Saving the chicken meal for husband so can’t comment on taste but looks good.
