This place looks like it’s been robbed! The menu is just filled with signs that say sold out sold out sold out. So I say I get the chicken sandwich and he tells me it’s 19 minutes for a fresh one we just sold out! 19 minutes at 6:30 at night you didn’t know when you only had a couple left you should have dropped some more? I haven’t eaten here for years and I guess there’s a reason why! Incredibly disappointing thanks anyway T-Mobile

It appears to be a independently owned store, no cream spinach sold out, no meat loaf sold out, no lemonade sold out, I’ve been to a real Boston market many times this is a subpar store who is cheating on the menu with subpar food, the chicken I ordered came with a sauce on it that I didn’t order, the corn bread was small thin, corn was rubbery, mash potatoes from a box, gravy was salty and brown not the normal chicken gravy, the Coke was not real Coke…. The owner should be inspected by Boston market corporate for fraudulent substitutions.

So, I first posted a review that gave four stars about a year ago…and then I went a couple days ago and it looked closed. the drive up menu was busted up and had paper print out signs that indicated most things were out of stock. the first order I did try to place was for a make your own bowl with chicken, gravy, mashed potatoes and corn and I was told that they didn’t have corn. at that moment, I just left because I had to get something else for dinner. I’m not sure why this location isn’t being taken care of properly? I really don’t think the issue with this location is the employees… I’m actually not sure what is going on with this location, but it’s not good! I still love Boston Market but I don’t think I will be going here anymore…very sad…please take care of this location or close it down.

Walked in. Waited a good 10 minutes before any worker tried to assist us. Chicken was dry as hell. Had a bad taste. Stomach upset when I got home. Worker was on personal phone the whole time. Don’t know how this place stays in business. The best part of the meal was the coke which was flat. I think I’m done. This place use to be amazing.

I went today to go order some food I was craving i pulled up and I asked for 3 piece chicken meal and the way it was packed was horrendous the customer service was horrible i dont know if theyre understaffed or are struggling but that does not mean they can take it out on theyre customers i pay for their food and it should at least be presentable and good. The food tasted horrible if you are not capable of making good food do not open I will never go there again and i wanted some soup but it was sold out. Can you not make some soup? What does it cost for you to make some soup that people are willing to pay for? Also the corn was dryer than a desert please just serve some good food for once

Dark dirty understaffed restaurant. They had no turkey, no meatloaf, The parking lot and menu sign is atrocious. The manager thinks you should just “tell them when the bathrooms are filthy or the garbage is overflowing”. Really? You can’t SEE that with your own eyes? This place used to be so nice and friendly just a short time ago! Please close your doors for good. You’re just ruining BOSTON MARKETs image in the area.

I reviewed this Boston Market 5 years ago and based on my recent experience today I definitely had to redo my review but unfortunately the two stars I gave it back then and I think that’s being generous this time. Last time my disappointment was with the gravy being very salty and you could tell it had been sitting because of the dried chunks in it also because the manager at that time was extremely rude. I was getting a haircut nearby and decided to get their meatloaf sandwich but was extremely disappointed. They gave me the two end pieces that had been probably sitting there for a while since they were all dried out and kind of crusty (you can see in the picture it looks like they dipped it in some of the juice to cover the dryness) and there was only a few shavings of lettuce that were floppy not crisp on it. Honestly probably the tomato was the best thing out of the entire sandwich because it seemed to actually be relatively fresh. I live in a nearby city but definitely don’t think I’ll be stopping here if I’m in the area again. They also didn’t cut the sandwich in half for me, the picture is of one of the halves but they were both the same.

A National Restaurant chain advertises and lets you buy meals from their website directly that allegedly has been pulled off the market weeks ago, at least that’s what the store manager said. To my surprise half of the items I ordered were not there when I was there to pick up my order. Manager was nice but the excuse felt very lame. While most other chains recovered from Covid and invested in their stores, this place didn’t. This store looks old and beaten up. Not recommended, I will suggest to find another place to spend your money.

Had a terrible confrontation with the cashier/manager at this Boston market. The woman who served me said there is no more turkey, no more stuffing and no more new potatoes. I told her I wanted a double all white meat chicken breast and she quoted me $14 but when I got to the register they said it was $18. Apparently there was a surcharge for the creamy spinach as well. All this upset me greatly. I asked the cashier to honor what had been told me in misrepresentation. The cashier responded she would not be responsible for the error of the server. Secondly, 75% of the drinks had out of order signs on them!!!?. Thirdly, the dark gravey she applied to meal has extra pepper in it which I did not appreciate it.
