I went to try the Boston Market nuggets, I watched a food reviewer lose his mind over these things. I got a large order(12) of the signature nuggets which came with 2 sauces. Nice try but no, did they cut these off of one of their . Salty and fatty pieces of . Nice try though. Maybe i got a bad batch, no thanks.

Tried to place an order through the drive-thru today and sat for a few minutes at the box before driving up to the window. Got to the window and was advised that they are not cooking food and that they are closing the store down. This was at 5:30 p.m. I don’t believe the employees really want to work. The employee did have one of their children in the lobby playing games on a computer. Seems like child care during work hours is more important than performing their duties.

Something is going on with this location. I ordered a 1/4 white meal in the “Nashville hot” and a medium drink. It was over $16. They gave me a very small chicken breast without the sauce which I had paid extra for. The mashed potatoes weren’t as good as they used to be. They tasted like instant mashed potatoes and the gravy was flavorless. The last time I was here a few months back, they rang me up for a 1/2 white meal when I ordered 1/4 white and it took forever for them to figure it out and give me a refund. So, this time around I’m just cutting my losses on paying extra for the “signature sauce”, and just won’t be back. It’s WAY too expensive for the food quality and ordering issues. I don’t see this place staying open. The parking lot is full of potholes and maybe I’m wrong, but I don’t think they do very much business here.

This place has gone downhill. No good sides to go with meatloaf unless you wanted sweet potatoes that looked old. Got the pot pie. Hardly any veggies in it. The crust was good though. I will not be back. Very disappointing and expensive for the quality.

When I first went, the restaurant itself was closed, only the drive thru open but the mgr saw me outside with my phone trying to place an order and she came out and let me in and locked it behind us apologizing for the action because the area wasn’t safe and she was there with only one other young lady so I understood. She also cautioned me against walking around there after dark. I had walked to them because it was only 10 mins away from the hotel.

The employee was by himself, yet he opened the dining room so we could eat in! That being said, the quality of the food has gone WAY down since COVID, and the price WAY up. 6 of us ate for $100!!!! Steak n Shake costs $40 for 6 of us with better food. The food quality wasn’t the employee fault, it was cooked well, it was the taste and ingredients. Never going back.

I ordered a whole chicken meal for 3, which is dark meat and white meat as a whole chicken. Through the drive thru I would have to wait 20min and did so. Pulled to the window and was told the whole chicken would be all dark. I said that’s not what I ordered. For me to get what I originally ordered it would be another 20min. Was going to wait again and then decided to go elsewhere. Where else can I get good bake or rotisserie chicken when I do not have time to prepare it myself.

Went to Boston Market and was a little disappointed that the dining area was closed but all that quickly went away with outstanding, friendly service in the drive thru. When chain restaurants get harder to find it’s often because the service and leadership are bad. This is not the case with this particular Boston Market location.

The woman who is in front serving and receiving orders is very rude to her coworkers and those who are looking for deliveries! She has a very rude attitude, I don’t really like to go out to eat because she’s always there! That lady doesn’t know how to treat her coworkers well, she aggressively takes the tikecks out of the hands of her coworkers and complains about everything! I think she is very disrespectful to her other coworkers!! if she doesn’t like working there she should leave! but she should treat other people better, no one is to blame for her having a bad day!
