This is really hard to post because I personally love Boston Market, however that is not the case anymore. I cannot tell you how many times I have gone to Boston Market and they aren’t selling dark meat yet. So after a certain time they sell dark meat? WHAT? Also, the quality has gone down drastically…I’m tired of ordering a 3 piece dark meal and receiving chicken that’s dryer than a buscuit and crispier and crunchier than Popeyes Fried Chicken. Don’t even get me started on how they’re almost always out of every side dish…at this point, save your money (Boston Market) and close this location down so a new business can thrive. Or do better. Please.

The employees were all in the back smoking weed the rotisserie chicken was soooo dry and old they barely had any sides ready. While they were smoking out back they had the front door locked. Nice steady treat while on the road… These seem to be dwindling away as locations keep closing. Food is always consistent and stores are always clean. I see they changed the dinning experience to a semi-table service. You still order at counter but the now carry it to your table and bus tables. Gone are the days of cleaning your own table on the way out. I hope this model works for them as the kids & I usually enjoy stopping here while traveling!

Lost my online order, and when they finally did get my food, it was inedible. The sweet potatoes and mashed potatoes look and taste like they came from a baby food jar, and the chicken was literally too dry and hard to eat

My visit waanon Mother’s day and I went through the drive thru due to the inside being closed. They had limited items available, and the majority of the menu was 86’d. One of the 86’d items was CHICKEN, smh.

This Boston Market chicken is sometimes terrible and sometimes good. Yesterday, it was dry without seasoning. A few weeks ago it was succulent and seasoned well. It is hit or miss at this restaurant. I’ve been going for years. You never know what you’re going to get. Yesterday, the lobby was closed at 3:00 in the afternoon for some odd reason.
