This place is a disaster. First off there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. When I went to order one of the two staff members was talking on her cell phone having a personal call by the drive through window and seemed to have an attitude like I was inconveniencing her. they were out of pretty much everything. Besides 2 options and the sides were limited as well. Went to get a drink and they were out of everything there pretty much as well and the one soda they did have was watered down. Got home and the food is terrible. It’s bland besides a chemical flavor in everything. The corn bread, the chicken, potatoes and Mac and cheese. I drive to this one which was 15 minutes away because the one closer to me was closed due to short staffing. I don’t doubt these will be out of business soon. Waste $18

I’ve heard a lot about the food at Boston Market, but never tried it. I’m not sure why people had so many good things to say about this food. The Chicken had burnt leathery skin that had NO SEASONING, the Mashed Potatoes tasted watery, the Macaroni and Cheese noodles weren’t cooked long enough, the cheese tasted imitation. The Corn tasted like it was dumped straight out of a can. And their FAMOUS Cornbread was dry. I’m sorry, but this food was awful! I’m not sure if it was just this location, but I will not waste my money eating here again. Maybe you’re not allowed to put Salt on the food, but get creative using Garlic Powder and other seasonings to at least give your food some kind of flavor! 1 Star! Don’t let the hype fool you!!!

I went to this place on today the food was awful. I normally go to this location about once or twice out the month. I never had any issues. I’m not for if they have new cooks in there now or what. But I order the quarter dark with mash and yams. The chicken was hard and didn’t have really any seasoning. The candy yams didn’t even taste like yams. It tasted like some type of dietary food with no sugar. Even down to the corn bread was disgusting. I’m not for sure of what happen today but I want be revisiting this location. It was definitely a waste of my $15 and I had to go buy food elsewhere. Ooh and I have a picture, it’s still in the plate where I messed over.

I came in recently after not going for a few weeks and The manager Augustin was very attentive and accommodating. He has been understanding and apologetic as they’re having some issues. The food wasn’t terrible but it’s clear some changes have been made. I had the white meat with spinach and potatoes and I enjoyed it. It’s a shame this restaurant is going downhill due to upper management because it was my favorite place to eat.

Stopped by this location with a friend today and the food was great. Although I wanted to order the meatloaf, they said I couldn’t because there was a recall. So my friend ordered the quarter chicken plate with two sides and I ordered the large turkey plate with two sides and it was very good. We didn’t have to wait long at all like less than 5 minutes they took our order and had our food ready. Everyone that work there was super nice and helpful and the restaurant was very clean. I only get 4 stars instead of 5 because I wanted to meatloaf and they didn’t have it.

So disappointed! I just wasted over $12 for a 3 piece dark meal w/ 2 sides, no drink (because their machine was down). The chicken was like jerky. No flavor and dried out beyond anything that should have been served. And how do you mess up the cornbread? Well, they did. The countdown is on for this location to close.

I’ve been coming here for years. The service is always wonderful!! Usually the food is too. I wouldn’t revert to this but no other option. Tonight the meatloaf has NO flavor at all. The sides are wonderful as usual. I h.g ate there is no way to contact anyone online. Normally 5 star all the way.

I hate leaving a 3 but the service has declined here. If it weren’t for Augustine, I would never return. I know he’s had trouble keeping good employees. I usually order a whole chicken all white every 1-2 weeks. The last 2 times I ordered them through Door Dash and both times received just a whole chicken cut in quarters. I paid extra to the tune of $17, in order to get 4 breasts. The receipt on the bag was correct both times but the orders weren’t. Please pay better attention to third party orders. There is no excuse for this to happen twice in 3 weeks. I completed the survey like I always do. The 1st time I didn’t request anyone contact me but I did on the 2nd one. I never heard from anyone. Door Dash made it right, so that wasn’t why I wanted a call but someone needs to address these issues to get this location back on track.

Did you guys as a franchise change the recipe on the foods? All our food was bland and disgusting, no seasoning. Was you guys asked to leave salt and sugar out the food? I use to love the food but now I will never eat Boston Market again!! A pure waste of my money!! Keep serving food like this and watch how you go out of business quick fast!!!
