I spent over $70 in this place for a family meal. You would have thought the food would be somewhat edible. Two of the three chickens was dry beyond consumption. The macaroni and cheese used to taste good but now it has no flavor. The tasted like its been sitting for days. Also, I was expecting a 2 Liter Bottle of Pepsi. What I got was 2 bags of flat soda. Not a good experience at all.

So since they moved a block away I thought I try it , maybe it will be better, Noooope!!! At the drive through order can’t hardly hear anything, lady was very rude , hand me the change I said thank you , not even one word , dropped my coin change in the ground but like it never happened and closed the window fastest possible time. And u can see they changed to a much cheaper container and it spills everywhere , the chick so small and dry. Most places wings are bigger. Very disappointed again . Good luck if u take a chance here. I feel sorry for the owner that hire these rude employees.

The wait was really long when picking up. I practically stood there and no one said anything about how long it would take. They treat the online queue as a curse.

I have come again to this place for the third time and they do not have chicken a place where Normally they are supposed to sell chicken to complete the person who makes the chicken, he is talking everywhere, but he is not aware of the chicken and comes out with attitudes to say, SIR, We have an oven. Well, if they do things ahead of time, they’ll have a separate chicken, the place is always messy. I DON’T RECOMENDET THIS PLACE.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews. However, this is a small Boston Market, and it is absolutely appalling inside. You rarely see anyone sit down to eat. However, the lobby is very dirty. There is trash on the floor. Also, since this location doesn’t get many visitors, the food sits around and becomes unappetizing. The staff seem like they hate their jobs. They often run out of food in the middle of the day. Sometimes, if you’re lucky, they offer to make more of an item. Then you must wait 20+ minutes. I don’t know what happened. This BM used to have great food, and the staff was always friendly. I hate to say it, but they should’ve never reopened at this new location. Probably should have stayed closed if this is how poorly it is going to be operated.

5/28 @ 5:30 I picked up dinner from here for the first time. I drove up to the drive thru and could barely hear what the lady said at the speaker. Had to beep the horn to ask her to repeat herself. The drive up looks vacant and weird. So I pull forward to order at the window and I wish I would have kept going. The woman had a nasty attitude. Poor customer service. I ask her options for the garlic chicken because I couldn’t order at the speaker where the menu is btw that’s dumb. I get home the broccoli immediately I knew it was rotten by the taste. The chicken was dry and she never glazed my meat with a decent portion of garlic herb. She must have drizzled a teaspoon of garlic herb. I chocked trying to swallow the chicken. I tried the sweet potatoes. They were tight and no oats. Food must have been sitting since they opened or left from the night before. Poor service and poor quality food. I would have been better going to Wendy’s next door. Do not eat from here. Never again. I wish I could get a refund. I have never had nasty food from BM before until now and it’s been 2 years since I ate off their menu.

Treated with a rude attitude. We took longer to order because they were out of things we wanted. Asked for gravy on the side got country gravy. Out of corn bread no monetary discount even though it’s part of the meal. Grabbed money no thankyou. Never ever had that experience at a Boston Market. Also not positive but mashed potatoes tasted like powdered. Never going to Clifton Heights Boston Market again.

Have to say, went there 9-23 for lunch, 1st mistake was placing order online. When I got the to store at 1130, pulled into drive through to pick up order. Was berated by, who I assume was the manager, who yelled through unopened window the store opens at 1230. (might want to check the hours on their website). I explained that i paid online and the charge was approved, please cancel the order then. Her answer was you won’t be charged until the order was processed, okay, I’ll live with that. Guess what, the charge went through. I tried calling the store to get this cleared up. Store must have been closed all day today, no one answers the phone. My second mistake was taking the word from an angry employee and third, not paying attention to the reviews over the last year seems like everyone seems to have the same issues with this location. seems like whoever responds to these reviews has a bigger issue then trying to put out a fire that the employees start, but the bigger picture is that things don’t change at this store.
I ended up having to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. The food at Boston market is usually pretty good but for some reason, when ever you go there, you leave with a sour taste in your mouth.

How is this location still open? They move just up the street and you think they would’ve changed Management or something to make things better. Went to the drive through, speaker broken soo I drove up to the window. No one comes for a good while, I actually thought they were closed. They give me my food, some creamed spinach leaked out, you think she would wipe it off…nope!!! I then realized my sauce wasn’t on the chicken like requested, I went into the store which was bare (no signs on windows, no customers) and she tried to charge me for the sauce. The food tasted old and the chicken was dried out. I didn’t even finish it. No thanks, never again! Won’t be back and I never see anyone going in soo it must be just as bad for others.

I went through Boston Market Clifton heights Pa on Baltimore Ave on June 6 2021 at 324 pm. The guy at the window was very unfriendly and gave me my food. I went home immediately to eat with my family. The chicken had to be yesterday’s chicken. It was dry and cold. I live 5 minutes away. The corn bread was not edible because it didn’t taste like cornbread and was under cooked. Ironically a few days earlier I was in the bank lot next to there and my friend said they think that Boston had closed because rarely are there cars in that lot. No it’s not closed. Based on my experience the food is so bad customers are not coming there regularly. Can’t blame this on the pandemic because I was at another restaurant the prior Friday and at that place the employees were so glad to see customers and acted accordingly. Their food was exceptional. Unfortunately this Boston Market did not get the memo that good service and well prepared food will retain your customers. My money wasted wasted and My family was hungry because they didn’t eat the food. Get it together !!!!
