My daughter and I got take out. There was no air conditioning in the restaurant. And there were only 2 workers trying to do everything. In spite of that the guy who waited on us was pleasant, and our food was ready quickly and was hot and fresh.

Although the restaurant was empty because of how early we dined it was very clean. The associate was excellent! Excellent customer service by her. I believe her name is Miranda, but not sure. She took our order and was so professional, polite, patient, and funny. She delivered our food to our table, which she didn’t have to, but did any way. And the food was amazingly good! 1/2 Chicken glazed with Thai sauce with Mac n Cheese n Broccoli cooked just right. I will return soon.

The service is pretty good, it is spacious and comfortable inside, and most of the food has good flavor….. But it either hasn’t been prepared correctly or the quality of the chickens are subpar. The rotisserie chickens have gone down in flavor and size, but gown up in price! The garlic herb was very flavorful but soggy and small.

This place is horrible. I feel so bad for the workers here. Everything is prepackaged and looks to be microwaved. Soda fountain machine was broken so all they had to choose from was bottle water, coke, or diet coke. And the roof has a leake.

Spent $60+ for 3 meals for sub par food. The restaurant was filthy and had holes in the wall. Only redeeming quality was the rotisserie chicken. Ribs and nuggets were inedible.

Just order dark and light half chicken meal and it was more of a chicken jerky, it was so old snd dry, i just had abt $12,000 of dental work done in my mouth no way am i taking a chance on damaging my (cap implants). I believe the chicken may have been cooked about 2 weeks ago and possibly sat out bc it was that tough, hard & dry (the skin pf the chicken was literally stuck on the meat). I called a couple of times to report this, being that someone could probably get sick and the line is still busy. I hope Aston Boston Market figures this out being that this is one of my fav restaurants.

This is the worst Boston market I ever been too. Clearly they made little to no effort in updating this place that used to be a Pizza Hut. When you walk in it’s unkept. I tried this place twice n both times I threw my food in the trash. Corn bread ice cold, Mac n cheese old n like they left it out and uncovered , chicken terrible.

I just ordered a chicken meal from here tonight and it was by far the worst meal I have ever had at a Boston market. It was extremely dry and hard. It look like as if it had been sitting for hours. The corn tasted like plastic. No pride in putting out at least an edible meal.
