Very disappointed in one of my used to be favorite places to eat. The service was good (staff was friendly) BUT they didn’t have many food options. They only had 1 chicken flavor, I would have settled for no flavor to be honest. The soda machine and ice weren’t working but the worker gave us a cup with ice. The Mac and cheese was not like I remember it. Used to be nice and thick, this was soupy. Even the corn bread was flat. Would have let all that rock until I found out after ordering that their credit card reader was down and I ended up paying about $80 cash out of pocket. Had I known this sooner I could have made better choices in what I was going to take home or even go somewhere else to eat. Hope this review will prompt them to go back to what their company used to be like.. where my family enjoyed eating at.

The manager has a bad attitude and was very rude to me when I picked up my order. My food was not ready although I mobile ordered 1 hour and 30 minutes before. He and the person preparing food was exchanging cash for personal reasons and texting on the phone. He did not change his gloves. The manager shoved the food towards me after I stood there for a couple minutes and just gave my name. Very unprofessional.

My grandma thought it was a good idea to buy thanksgiving dinner instead of cooking and what a bad idea ! This was disgusting as you can through the images. Not even edible ! EVERYTHING was swimming in water except for the the desert dry turkey. By far the worst thanksgiving food ever ! I’ve never even been to Boston Market and this was an awful introduction.

Management changed in the recent years and this place has gone downhill. The place looks dark, dingy, and unclean. The restroom was disgusting. Food cold and stale. The manager at this location is very disrespectful and unprofessional. This location is poorly managed and bad for Boston Markets reputation.

I ordered two meals through their website for lunch. I picked it and didn’t check it but they were missing an extra side that I ordered. I called them they said I can pick it up. I only get a half an hour for lunch and pretty much used it driving back and forth to pick it up. I asked them if they can refund me and after going back and forth for 5 minutes he finally did. I tried to enjoy my lunch but the corn tasted like vinegar.

The mashed potato recipe they’ve been using for decades is fully gone. They changed it to the nastiest, watery powdery instant potatoes. I don’t even dislike instant potatoes but these were absolutely disgusting. Like eating chunky salt water. The other review of the watery sides is spot on. Their cornbread is stale and cold as well. I had a 60 dollar meal that I threw out 70% of because the only edible thing was the chicken. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a roasted garlic and herb half chicken. The sauce is sour as ever, the chicken tastes like it’s been sitting there for too long. The mash has gone bad and tasted sour as well. By far the worst place to eat in Hartsdale.

Is very sad but boston market at Mount kisco is not the same food is not good i place orders doordash uber n always is missing something they dont have apple pie they send random things i called the store n the “manager” get so mad the last order the send me a chicken with a hig bite i tool picture i show to them n they said was the driver the bag was sealed i live less then 5 m from the store they dont give me no money back or replace the order is not the first time its been happening with a lot of people i thins is the employees dont care the jobs very sad i order mashpotatoe n they dont have gravy etc etc very sad also stop blaming the drivers bags are sealed

Used to be a very nice place. ever since management and staff changed it’s gone down hill. Manager signals to the other workers and they come running when a young lady walks in.. My Daughter felt very uncomfortable. She ordered a Ceasars salad and all she got was shredded lettuce and Ceasars dressing. No Crutons or Romaine lettuce. not a very good visit. probably will not visit again

Always sold out of everything. Grilled chicken nuggets are never available. Ribs sold out.Pot pie sold out. Half of menu had “ sold out “ signs over the items, and this is at 3 pm .Food not fresh, chicken undercooked , macaroni and cheese( had only 3 sides available was dried out and old. .Staff looks like they would rather be any other place on the planet then at this job. The big Spanish guy at the register has no customer service skills and is forever screaming in Spanish to his coworkers with customers around. Very rude to customers. Worst Boston Market, no wonder always empty. Seems management doesnt read reviews( or reads and doesn’t care) as most recent reviews are awful. Hope a better restaurant opens after this place closes( which is inevitable)
