we went in a little before 8 only to be completely ignored by all the staff it looked so empty we thought it was closed, these ppl were rude and uninviting, they refused to take our order because we wanted to sit in the lobby and they had already closed it down at 8 even though the door clearly states lobby open until 10pm these ppl are getting paid for turning paying customers away! I would hate for such fraudulent people to work at my restaurant if that was my frenchise

First visit, got cookies that were 7 hours past the printed “enjoy by” date and time. Second visit, missing item and no sauce that we requested. Only plus side, the wait times are pretty minimal because this appears to be the least popular location around. Double check your bag before you pull off, no one behind you is going to judge you.

Went through drive-thru to get a frappe and I’m a crispy the frappe had no whipped cream on top I asked him if they could put whipped cream on it they told me to pull into the handicap parking I told him I did not have a handicap sticker they took it back to the back and I don’t know what they did with it I asked him did they do anything to it then he said I was going to be waiting a long time. I grabbed the food and took it in to get a refund cuz I didn’t trust them. There was already three people ahead in line that had been waiting for food when I got to mine she would not give me a refund very bad service I’ve been coming there almost daily no more I’m not there to fight I’m a 65 year old retired man

I went to the McDonalds on 72 and Sheridan, I ordered a meal and it was wrong, I told the Manager Maria there that I wanted a refund even though I stood there when she gave me my food and it was wrong. She said I could get a refund and she wasn’t going to correct my order. I then asked for the company’s number and she told me to go look for it, I told her she needed to give me the number and she gave me some random number.This was on Dec. 16,2022 I finally looked up the number and tried to call the office of Boselli and Son and I have left at least 15 messages since and have not had a call back even though the answering machine says “leave a message and we’ll get right back to you”.

Ran over to order my lunch to go while working from home, items were missing and frankly, offering me the item that was missing wasn’t enough, it’s my time that was wasted, so if anyone needs me, I’ll be eatin fries with coke and that’s it because that all that was served to me…Boselli & Sons’ McDonald’s Restaurants, you have lost a customer, I will go out of my way to eat somewhere else that gets my order right and doesn’t waste my time so they can correct their own mistake
