Such a magical find during our weekend trip! We stopped later in the day and HAD to come back the next morning! So many delicious choices, so it was hard to choose just one. We easily spent $80 lol. The blueberry croissant was by far my favorite pastry. I loved the mixed berry croissant/donut, too! Friendly staff that recommended some selections, which did not disappoint. So glad we came across Bonrue! We will definitely stop in again on future adventures.

What a lovely surprise to discover a bakery in Hurricane, UT that is the equivalent of one found in LA, New York, or Paris. They definitely know how to laminate their pastries perfectly. The Kouign-amann was flaky at the crown and chewy, caramelised at the base. The croissants starting with the plain (true test) had a perfect shell and layers. We ordered to go their pain au chocolat, the Tabernacle vanilla bean cream filled croissant topped with crumbles, and their almond croissant (fantastic texture, just personally on the sweeter side for me), as well as a baguette. They have takeaway sandwiches and salads which you can take to Springdale to picnic at Zion National Park when riding your e-bikes or to Kanab to lunch after sandboarding the Coral Pink Sand Dunes. Everything was delightfully yummy! Will definitely return when in the area.

This bakery is an absolute must-stop on your way to Zion National Park! The variety of donuts, croissants, and pastries is incredible, everything looked amazing and tasted even better. The croissants were perfectly flaky, the donuts fresh and fluffy, and there was a great selection to satisfy every craving. It’s the perfect place to grab breakfast or snacks before hitting the trails. Don’t skip this gem on your Zion trip!

Our experience was absolutely wonderful. The pastry selection was incredible and we had a hard time choosing just a couple. The coffee was also delicious. The staff here were very sweet and accommodating. We would 100% come back and recommend to anyone in the area.

I love Bonrue, we went Sunday. We asked if there was any fresh The George Sandwich coming out soon since the one on the warmer looked old.
The person helping us then informs us “everything is made fresh in the morning. I can reheat that up for you in the oven and melt the cheese.”
I’m sorry but it was almost 12 pm. If its made fresh every morning. That sandwich was there for a few hours. Reheating in the oven would only make the croissant crunchy.
So no we did not get a George sandwich and left a bit disappointed they would only sell us that old sandwich.

The service is super friendly and welcoming!! What a variety of sandwiches and pastries!! I need to go every day so I can try each one!! Today we had a strawberry croissant. Don’t let the appearance fool you. This is pure strawberry croissant goodness!! The chocolate kouign amann is a superb pastry with roots in Brittany. Wow!! It’s incredibly delicious!

Bonrue Bakery is such a hidden gem! They have a huge selection of pastries and everything looks so fresh and beautifully made. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the place has such a cozy, modern vibe. My latte was perfect — smooth and rich — and the croissants were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend stopping by for a morning treat or a coffee break! ☕ ✨

OMG, everything in the bakery looks so delicious. I got strawberry & rhubarb pie, chocolate croissant, blueberry coffee, cake, and Oak Macha to go. But the crusty baguette sandwiches etc. look just as delicious. Great if you’re doing some hiking, or just indulge, a must stop and pick up to go, plus everybody was so sweet and helpful and patience as I could not make my mind up.

AMAZING! The staff were all so kind and helpful. We were just coming through town when we stumbled across the bakery and thought we might as well try it and we were amazed! We had 4 different pastries and 2 different drinks and were thrilled with all of them. Will absolutely be going back if we ever drive through again!!
