First time trying this Geppetto’s ever since they recently got new owners/management and they did not disappoint. First off, all the meat products here are beef and 100% halal. That makes the entire menu available for non pork eaters which is a rarity for a pizza joint. Even the ribs are beef. Excellent and very fast service, fresh and delicious crust, saice and toppings, and prices you can’t really complain about considering how loaded the pizzas are. 100% will return. Very impressed.

This place the staff makes you feel right at home. The guy waited on me I a timely matter. With a few minutes y food was ready. The best subs I have had in a long time. He even came out to the car to make sure my order was correct and that I had everything. That was the second time within a week. I normally don’t eat out like that but “Geppetto’s is the bomb” The is so friendly. I will enjoy going back here to see the guys.

Placed my order 3 hrs before pickup and was told it’ll be another hour wait or more . They were not prepared for the one day out of the entire year to please their customers. Every pizza and wing shop in the world knows to prepare for SUPERBOWL SUNDAY. Sadly They have lost my buisness forever.

Incorrect flavor of wings received in our delivery order. Was informed by the delivery app to contact the restaurant directly and called them directly multiple times tonight and they finally answered. Refund supposedly on the way from the wings. Spent $75 and for what? Super bowl 2026 party ruined when we are supporting local business.

New Years Eve I placed an online order @ 1: 38pm and promised delivery @ 6: 15 in time for the Ohio State game. After about 10 phone calls each saying they are coming out, my brother went up to get it where they had 15 people waiting on their orders. When he came back 20 minutes later, the ribs were nothing but huge burnt out beef bones with barely any meat on them, cold JoJo’s and runny coleslaw.

We ordered pizza, a full slab rib dinner with potato salad and an order of chips. The pizza was good, but the ribs were dry, burned and with hardly any sauce. It’s virtually impossible to get Halal ribs in Cleveland, so this was a disappointment.
