Great Upper East Side spot. Carissa s/p? Was wonderful, friendly & knowledgeable. I know the owners parents in Florida, so glad I was finally able to stop by and imbibe.

Friendly staff with tasty plates! Overall buzzing with lively atmosphere without being overwhelming. Hearty double-patty smashburger and some of the best chicken tenders in the city

There is just something about a good burger at a cozy neighborhood bar on a cold night. Bondurants is perfect for this, loved every moment. Nice and full on a Friday night but we managed to snag a table and each got the burger and IPA fries. Not a bite was left behind! The service was also impeccable, our server was so friendly and gave excellent beer recommendations when my boyfriend’s first choice wasn’t available. I also got the Fizzy Lifting Drink and thought it was the best cocktail I’ve had in awhile. Yet another gem on the Upper East Side! Can’t wait to come back!

Great neighborhood bar food. We had the ricotta toast, the spicy chicken tenders, and the grilled chicken sandwich. Everything was great!

Interesting food choices. Seems they have a Southern slant as they had shrimp and grits. Comfortable and efficient service.

Totally cool, laid back bar. I was there on a Saturday afternoon, so I can’t speak for the night vibes, but it was a great place to have a couple beers and some good food.

Bondurants is almost everything you want in a bar. The food is a cut above normal bar food, but still bar food; the beers are great and a good selection; it’s almost always medium crowded but not packed. Getting a table will take you a few minutes at most if one isn’t available. It’s everything you want and nothing extra that you don’t need. 10/10 bar.

I’ve been in bars, restaurants, and pubs all over New York City for over 40 years. Bondurants without question is the best! The selection of beers, whiskey’s etc are unparalleled. The food is amazing! And of course, the best bar in New york has the best bartender, Mauro! The place is small and friendly in a great neighborhood. Extremely happy that I found this place by the recommendation of a bartender from another pub. 10 Stars *****

We have been twice now as friends of ours live nearby. The food is tasty and they have a great selection of beers. I was dubious about the mac n cheese with blue cheese, buffalo chicken wings and hot sauce but it was truly awesome!! Have been thinking about it for 2 days now and am sad that I won’t get a chance to go again before we fly back to London. The tater tots were also really good and the wings delicious too. The coffee beer was pure genius… will be booking a flight for the Mac n cheese again soon!
