Tried Bonchon recently and overall had a good experience. The food was really good—crispy, flavorful, and cooked well. The Korean fried chicken definitely lives up to the hype.
That said, it is a bit on the pricey side for the portion sizes. You’re definitely paying more for the quality and the name.
If you’re in the mood for good Korean fried chicken and don’t mind spending a little extra, it’s worth checking out.

This place is really nice, The service was a little off, we were sat and waited about 10 minutes before anybody realized that we were sitting there, another server came by and asked us if we had been taken care of which we replied no, we were sat and nobody came over. Once that was situated, we ordered a couple drinks and then ordered the seoul sampler, And why was it delicious, a little too much sauce on everything which is not a bad problem to have, just a personal preference maybe next time we will just get the sauce on the side and dip but everything was fresh hot, and tasted incredible. The Korean street corn was amazing and so was the corn dog. Will we go back, most likely and we will try something else for sure. So I do recommend this place, maybe they were just having an off day on service but other than that, everybody was very pleasant and the food was really tasty.

First time here after visiting the Koon Thai next door multiple times. We didn’t get any cocktails as the prices were exceptionally high, ($20?) even the 0% mocktails, which is basically flavored juice, were $13. As for the food, we shared the Seoul sampler, and it was fantastic. Bulgogi fries, absolutely massive “wings”, potstickers, and the corn/cheesy mix were all delicious. It was 3x larger than expected so we definitely brought most of it home.
They have a stage with some esoteric lights and I’m sure this place is a hoot in the evening.

I was disappointed with a recent pickup order from this Bonchon location. I ordered the standard garlic soy wings as a small pick-me-up for my spouse after a long day. Still, the flavor seemed off compared to what we’ve experienced at other Bonchon restaurants. As a result, the food went uneaten.
I’ve had positive experiences at several other Bonchon locations, so this was unexpected. The garlic soy wings are our go-to order because they’re usually delicious, but that wasn’t the case with this order. I hope this was an isolated issue, but based on this experience, we won’t be ordering from this location again.

Came here to have dinner with my wife and to begin the service was slow. We came around 730pm and it was pretty empty.
We ordered quite a bit of food that was certainly not worth $60.
Corn dogs was small about 2 inches of cheese for $6 NOT worth it. The street corn tasted burnt and was very watery, not worth the 6$ seeing it was only 3 table spoons of corn. I had the chicken strips at first they brought me the wrong thing so I tell the waiter and she says it’ll be about 10-15. That was around 8:25PM. I didn’t get my chicken till after 9PM. AGAIN, NO one was in the restaurant but us and another couple. When my chicken came out I got chicken bites that they counted as a whole strip. NOT full chicken strips. Paying $17 for just chicken bites is insane. The food wasn’t even hot when it came out. My wife had chicken wings that barely had sauce on them. The rice was so hard I could have chipped a tooth. By far such a terrible experience I didn’t even eat there after waiting 40 minutes for my chicken bites. They closed at 9 and you could tell they were rushing us out so I felt so uncomfortable and asked for a box to take my chicken bites home and give it to my dog since they want to give me the scraps(left overs) of the night.. All I wanted was for my pregnant wife and I to enjoy our dinner as she was craving crispy chicken. This was certainly not the place to be at. Thanks Lexi for the horrible service and it should not take you a hour and a half to get people refills.

Stopped in while visiting the area. I ordered the bibimpap soy chicken with the fried egg. I was going to eat in but decided to switch to takeout as I didn’t have much time. Unfortunately I received my order with no utensils, didn’t notice until I got back to my hotel. The taste was good but very little chicken , very little . The container was tiny .

Empty restaurant over priced food and it was basic taste girl at the counter wasn’t much helpful and ended up ordering the wrong item since I never been there don’t recommend it at all fries was $6.49 barely touching bottom of the bag such a disappointment ended up spending $65 more then half of the food went into trash ️

We always have an amazing experience, cozy atmosphere, fast friendly and efficient service and of course the best fried chicken in the world! We had the six-piece soy garlic mixed, with pickled radish and coleslaw. I recommend everything here and that you come hungry!

My wife and I came here to test out some new restaurants in the area that we didn’t have back west. We came here an hour or so before closing and we were only one of 3 guests at the restaurant. We ordered the sampler and the Katsu Chicken and we were both very impressed! The flavors were amazing, the crunch on the chicken was perfect, and the chicken wasn’t dried out at all. The staff who served use was super kind, and when bringing out our food, a drum had fell and she she quickly got us a replacement! Definitely recommend this place for those who love fried chicken and Asian cuisine. It’s a perfect blend of the two!
