I ordered the founder which is a special sandwich that’s about 23 bucks and it should have extra meat on it and that’s what they told me I received a Subway sandwich with paper thin meat! If you want a good sandwich, you might consider a different company!
Afte receiving an apology and a make it right, I have not been able to reach anyone who is willing to do so! offer me something for the negligent service I received to compensate me! So far it is lip service! You do not care how wrong you are after admitting publicly for an unacceptable service and product!

They didn’t get our orders right. And they sure dont make a Philly cheese steak like the one in Bartlett does. Every sandwich had hot sauce on it. Don’t like hot sauce.

Went on biggest sale day there they handled having standing room only perfectly. I ordered and was told my order of 2. Subs would be ready in one hour so I left and came back and as normal. Great food

The staff here is always friendly and I always get a good sandwich. The amount of room to dine in is great but it can feel a bit quiet since most people order to go. I have loved this location for years!

Sandwiches were not made correctly. I didn’t find this out until I got back to work which is an hour away. combative person answering the phone said to drive back there so that he could verify the mistake since he REMADE the sandwiches before giving them to.me. I didn’t have another hour to drive back there and another to return to work. I am diabetic and have an eating schedule. Jalapenoes were added to my sandwiches which I can’t eat. As is usual these days there was no apology and silence from the corporate office. Here lies the reason that this is known as the Hood Lenny’s!!! Check your food and surroundings before exiting the building.

The Lenny’s on Raleigh Lagrange in Memphis, Tennessee is hands down the best location I have visited. The staff is always friendly, they are never out of products including sweet tea, and it both clean and fast. I never wait long. The young people who work here are amazing! And it’s pretty much exclusively staffed with young people.
