The food is pretty bland but if you leave this place and aren’t full it’s your own fault. Good place to go eat if you’ve got the munchies. I will say they have some of the best chicken wings! Food bar and salad bar are always clean. Staff is always ready and willing to help you out.

Ate with family, best motivated dining staff ever! My 10oz steak hit the spot and the rest of the buffet was delicious to. If you need anything extra at this restaurant all you have to do is ask the staff and they will fix you up! Great job Bonanza Team!

Omg. 12.50 for a to-go box. The staff was very courteous with answering questions. This bar was the cleaned very often by an attendant. The mac n cheese which is my favorite dish tasted like baby food. I don’t know ow what kind of cheese you’re using, please STOP. The chicken Almost tasted southern and I used that term loosely. I would’ve got more chicken with bread than anything else. It’s not like the Bonanzas I’m used to. No cheesecake on the bar just dull bread pudding well I thought it was. Overall this is a good restaurant. Next time I’ll try something off the menu.

This place is the best, and Gary and Fred (the owners) are awesome guys. When they leave, it’ll be hard to fit that hole in my heart (and tummy!) I worked here for 5 years when I was younger and loved it. They will be missed.

Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. Kinda pricey though. Would give a 5 star rating if it didn’t cost almost 20 bucks for a single person to dine here. Restrooms were very clean as well.

Always a good visit. The restaurant is very clean. So is the food bar. A very good selection of food. There should be something there for everyone. Just don’t like how busy it can get, especially on Sundays.

Not as good as it should be. I remember Bonanza being spectacular at some places, but Mandan’s just wasn’t as good. The food was kind of bland, dry, and overcooked, and just didn’t taste right. Hopefully other Bonanzas are good still!
