Bombay Palace is an Indian restaurant in Niagara falls. They offer buffets as well as a la carte. The buffet spread looked ordinary compared to other Indian buffets in the area hence we tried the a la carte and the food was good but the service was sub par. It’s almost like they want you to go with the buffet and if you don’t they don’t care. We saw the restaurant staff serving water to the people who were having buffets and we had to take the menu, place order and pay ourselves by going to the counter. Overall the food was good but terrible customer service.

If you go to breakfast please ask the price before you order otherwise you’ll get scammed. They didn’t posted the price in the board . Service was extremely slow took 45 minutes to serve breakfast while restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Food was okay .

I am delighted to say that the food at this restaurant is truly exceptional! It effortlessly transported me back to the authentic flavors of India. The service provided is outstanding and genuinely welcoming. This restaurant unquestionably deserves to be recognized among the top restaurants. When compared to the highly acclaimed restaurant Zaika, located near Niagara Falls, our experience there in terms of customer treatment was quite disappointing. However, in contrast, this restaurant extends invitations to and caters to the needs of each and every customer, offering them delectable cuisine. In summary, I can confidently state that this is the finest Indian restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of visiting in the US.

I had a late lunch here with my wife while visiting Niagara Falls. We got the dinner buffet. They were kind enough not to charge us for our toddler son, who hardly ate anything, but we still felt it was a bit overpriced. While I often enjoy Indian cuisine, I found that much of the food was too spicy and salty. The atmosphere was nonetheless pleasant, and the service was fine for a casual restaurant.

Bit expensive for the choice of food in the buffet and the quality of food. Jilebi did not taste like one, chicken tandoori was partially cooked not edible, We had lassi the consistency was close to that of buttermilk never thought lassi could go wrong somewhere. We went o Zaika the previous day, Zaika was multifold better when compared.

The food I had at Bombay Palace did not suit my tastes. As a south indian who has gotten accustomed to eating spicy and flavorful foods in India AND America, I was disappointed by the lack of salt and spicy/hot in many of the dishes. While I say this, I have to say that if blander foods are good to you then you may enjoy this place, because the service is good and the restaurant’s general ambience is nice.
