order the Jambolaya Bowl . . . the manager delivered my order and informed me they were out of cheese. They gave me extra chicken and sausage! He returned later to tell me that they had cheese now and would I like it now. Declined – All the extra meat was great:-)

My favorite part are the biscuits. An employee by the name of Tanner was making them that day and was did a fantastic job. He was kind and friendly. We will be back just to see him and the manager Ryan. They were so welcoming. Great staff!!! Clean restaurant.

Ordered chicken tenders. What I got was same thing they started serving at KFC. Chicken breast scraps over breaded fried hard to hold them together! More hard crust than chicken.

Last 3 times I have been there, no one in parking lot or drive thru and still had to wait 20mins on food.
Last time I got wrong order I was shorted 4 bisquits I did not receive any Bo Rounds. When I went to take survey on receipt, Guess What
There is no receipt. I have never received a receipt frim there. I guess they are worried about getting a bad survey because had I gotten a receipt the last 3 times you better believe I would have given them one.
corporate needs go in and clean house or get people working there that actually care. Not roll there eyes when asked somethibg.

My mother, 1 year old son, and I sat for 30 minutes before we even thought about getting our food, and then we had to get asked what our sides were. I’m fine waiting, I worked in restaurants for 10 years, but when there isn’t anyone else in the restaurant waiting on food and my son is getting antsy, I get angry. We got apologized to 3 times and ended up leaving without food. Never returning.

Told at window that it would only be 5 minutes , waiting on biscuits to get done . 15 minutes later lady come out and ask if that was our order we said no , come back out 10 minutes later and said they were waiting on the chicken now to get done , there has been 7 cars that were behind us already left with there food , my husband had to go in and see what is going on , ok now it’s been over 30 minutes . They were just about to give him the wrong order , ok people that’s bad .

Worst food I’ve ever ate at a Bojangles. Our biscuits so then they fell completely apart and the chicken was fried so long there was nothing left but the two soggy tough fied pieces, it was like trying to eat leather. Coffeewas COLD.

I went through the drive thru for breakfast while traveling. I think on this particular day, they were short staffed. It actually took 15 minutes to get my food! But, the manager was very apologetic and gave me 6 Bo-berry biscuits for having to wait 🙂

Good Chicken and Biscuits! Not what I’d call Southern chicken, but then they Bill them selves as a Cajun restaurant. In my opinion, if they want to be Cajun, they need to kick up the spices 4 or 5 notches.
