Absolutely love this place. My family and I order quite often since discovering Sbarro. Order cooked perfectly everytime. We moved to the area 3 years ago and ventured into the Southern park mall with our kids one day last year and they chose Sbarro to eat. Sbarro Pizza is located in the Food Court at Southern Park Mall. We called for a carry out order. The staff was friendly and courteous. The restaurant was clean. Our order was ready when promised.

I had a very upsetting experience here. The online promotion was not working, and instead of helping or providing contact information for someone above him, Branden, the manager, called mall security on me even though there was no yelling, unprofessionalism, threats or anything like that- which would be reasons to call security. Another employee then yelled at me across the counter. This all happened in front of my disabled daughter, who became fearful since leaving the mall. Even mall security said there was no reason to be called and told them the same thing. This location handled a simple situation in a hostile and unprofessional way. I will not return.

The food was great. The meat exactly as ordered. Large portions great for leftovers at home. Server was great polite, attentive and kept us updated on our food which didn’t take too long. Cleaned tables and menus after each use
