I door dashed from this restaurant. The food arrived late, cold, and completely subpar. I called this location and they didn’t care. I the contacted door dash, and they just keep transferring me from department to department. DO NOT ORDER from this location unless you want their dregs.

I swear every time we come there, something is wrong. Ordered a picnic size slaw and it’s half full. The sandwiches are never consistent. One of them looked like half of a piece of chicken on there and the was all skin and no chicken. You could tell the girl was in training, she was scooping the fries, one was full and the other one only half full.

This Bojangles location has really gone down hill. The Triggs really need to see what they are seeing out that window to their customers. Food is always cold, old, and tasteless. It is really sad to see one of their top stores now at the bottom. Hopefully changes will be made.
