I normally go to this location when wanting something quick to eat. The services was fine, but the food was not well cooked. The fries/biscuit were fine but the chicken fingers were the size of ones pinky! Not to mention when I got up to the window the place smelled of nothing but weed! Not sure if the workers know or not it is illegal here in Alabama. Thank you.

I was on a road trip and stopped at this location to try Bojangles for the first time. I was debating trying the Bo-berry biscuit and told the drive thru employee I had not been to the restaurant before. I decided to add a biscuit to the order. When I got to the window, they told me that they were going to bring me the biscuits. I pulled up to the front to wait and didn’t realize they were actually making fresh biscuits. The wait was long and they even came out to let me know they would be done soon. I was beyond impressed by the excellent customer service. The biscuits were hot with fresh glaze running down. Absolutely worth the wait! They could have given me the old biscuits and I wouldn’t have known, but they went out of their way to make my first trip special. The food was fresh. My fries and chicken were hot and delicious. I would absolutely recommend this location. Kudos to the staff at this location! These are the kind of employees that know what it means to provide good customer service. Wish we had a Bojangles in my state.

Food was so fresh and hot I was breathing like a dragon trying to eat it! Service was amazing!! Atmosphere was almost like you walked into Grammas house hungry. You will not find a better fast food restaurant in Montgomery.

Wonderful❣️Excellent ❣️ I’m glad the Popeyes next door was “drive thru only”. I got to go to Bojangles and have better chicken and sides “fixins” (dirty rice and mac ‘n cheese). They got Pepsi products, but the Sweet Tea “Steeped like we mean it” is sweet without after-taste. And it’s spotlessly clean; even the bathroom! And, Bojangles is black-owned. The Popeyes not black owned.

I truly cannot believe there aren’t 100 reviews complaining about the cleanliness of this place. The register area had black chunks of something all over the counter and 2/3 of the tables in the dining room were too unclean for me to want to sit at. I could see sticky and oily footprints all over the floors. I wish I had taken more photos. Also, the food area reminds me of a gas station deli.

They are typically good but they just made me wait thirty minutes for a chicken sandwich they pulled as many people away from their window as quickly as they could to preserve their drive times and as soon as they ran out of space to move people they started focusing on their window more than anything (can’t have long drive times I guess) long story short it doesn’t take thirty minutes to make a chicken sandwich and there’s no reason only people pulling up to the window should be getting their food while other people that have been waiting longer continue to wait

No soda. No tea. Only water. Half of the menu items are not available. Employees are rude and do not wash their hands. I would go eat at Popeyes next door. They don’t even make the biscuits correctly. Who runs this place??? Anyone.

I’m a British tourist passing through on holiday. Was quite empty during the evening, and the two ladies running the place were ever so lovely and extremely helpful. Our family enjoyed the food and our time here. Thank you! 🙂

The biscuits were great, the fries, the few that i got, were good..a little salty but good. I was jonesing biscuits and considering it is fast food, I was not disappointed.. but.. fast food is super expensive now! 4 plain biscuits and SUPER small fries were almost $8. Maybe I’m cheap (I know I am ) but i would rather spend that on a complete Real Food meal..just sayin’
