Been here about 4 times now at this location and every single time has been something another. Every time they gave us the wrong sauce or food is cold. Okay sure, not a big deal but this last experience was upsetting. We ordered 2 3-piece combos for +$20. They asked us if they can make it fresh. Sure. I don’t mind waiting for fresh.
After 10 mins we were given the SMALLEST tenders I have ever seen. All three are 60-80% breading and not chicken at all. The photo I attached is the smallest which is barely even a nugget AT BEST! You made me pay $20 dollars and wait for “fresh” tenders for both meals to be like that? —- Nah I’m done

3 years later…we tried again. Had to wait about 15 minutes in drive through.
Order was wrong but food was good.
We were missing 2 Bo Berry Biscuits that they had to bring out, then after leaving…we found them…in a bacon egg and cheese breakfast biscuit.
Apparently it’s a new item. Husband ate it. Lol must have been good. 9/14/25

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Van, the manager, was super attentive and made sure everything went perfectly. You don’t often see managers step in personally, but he did it with no hesitation. That type of leadership really shows, and it made me feel valued as a customer. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to this time. The service here was top-notch! Everything was handled smoothly and with a smile. Van, the manager, really went out of his way to make sure my experience was a good one. You can tell he cares about both the customers and his team. It makes such a difference when a place is run by someone who actually pays attention. Definitely recommend!

New owners so new review. Still Bojangles but a couple notes. Food came out fresh and hot. Everything was delicious. Great health score and everything was clean. The negative was that between 1-2pm I had lunch and the were just two people running the entire restaurant. They locked the door behind me when I came in because they didn’t have enough staff to cover DT and Lobby. I let two associates in while I was eating and they opened the inside back though.

I had such a great experience here! Everything was quick, easy, and the vibe was really welcoming. Van, the manager, was super cool and checked in to make sure I was good the whole time. You don’t see managers do that often, so it really stood out. 10/10 would recommend coming here

Its been a while since I have stopped in so I gave it another go. Things are very different since the last time I stopped by for the better. Food was hot and fresh and everyone was very friendly including what appears to be new management. I was advised it might be a few minutes because of computer issues however it was still a lot faster than previous trips.
