Metal shavings in my biscuit was the last straw. Total trash establishment. Nasty facilities. Rude staff. I’ve been meaning to leave a review on this Bojangles and the one in Evans for a year now and for some reason I find myself going back for convenience, giving them the benefit of the doubt but I’ve had it. If there’s anything you can count on them for it’s to forget at least 2 things from your order, treat you like scum, and serve yesterday’s food. This place and the Evans location need to be shut down and rehabilitated until it’s no longer a nuisance to our community.

Pulled up at the drive thru at 10PM , closes at 11PM greeted by AI on the drive thru. No reply from a human, minutes pass someone appears in window. They don’t get on to take order. Turn off the drive thru menu lights. We pull up and they just stare at us and give a signal that they are closed. It’s 10:18 at this time. Waited for 15 mins in a drive thru and people didn’t wanna work

There was a miscommunication about a very large breakfast order and the people working were so understanding. They worked extremely hard to get a huge order baked and bagged up. And they were super friendly during the whole process. I cannot express how impressed I was with this location!!

This Bojangles is a life saver! Placed a large pickup order in advance with S. Belair and they lost the order, refusing to fill it while we were in line – but this Washington Road location handled it same day quickly and kindly. Highly recommend!

I’m from Florida, I haven’t seen a Bojangles in years!! I ordered from Bojangles twice within the past 3 weeks. The food was tasty each time. The cashiers who took the orders were great as well!!

Barley gave any ketchup for our order the ketchup packs were all stuck together by a brownish sticky something, the egg and cheese sausage biscuit was old like had been sitting under a heating lamp for some time. And when I asked for more ketchup(also sticky and stuck together it seemed like a bother, when I said thank you the clerk just walked away,(rude), would not recommend this place

Ham Biscuit in waynesboro GA was the worst BoJangles food I have ever had and I usually love their food. The biscuit was dry crumbled and was hard to bite. The ham was like plastic. Must have been made 4 hours earlier and left under a heat lamp.

Do they even make food fresh here or is everything prepared days in advance, this is the 4th time I’ve been here due to how close to my house it is. I can confidently say that consistently disappoints me, as well as the food being severely stale and unfresh it’s evident in the coloration and taste that they do not frequently change fryer oil.

The grill apparently needed to be cleaned, had black specks of other food on my egg and biscuit.
Egg was fried and flat and not fluffy and clean of debris. Fries were fresh and hot. Coleslaw wasn’t as usual, apparently they changed the recipe and added pickles, which left the flavor not very good, so I won’t order it anymore. The biscuit was ok, flat not fluffy like In the morning. Order accuracy was exact as ordered. Wasn’t thrilled overall.
