2/26 Very unprofessional store manager and employees working this night. Didn’t get all the food we ordered and what food we received was cold. As we drove around to get the rest of what we paid for the girl at the window said “Well we gave y’all all the food that we had left”…. This is after 5 cars got their food that was behind us as we “waited for them to prepare ours”. So I guess we were suppose to be ok with the leftovers…. What’s wrong with this generation… At this point my angry husband told the manager to at least give us the money back for the food that they knew they shorted us……….Ridiculous..

Order for 5 people tonight and everything was perfectly fresh, hot and rolled in sauce especially for busy Friday night. Kudos to all staff that worked tonight. Money well spent to night.

11/9 6:15PM Letter to management: My door dash client ordered one JAX meal @ 545. Arrived by 6:05 to pick up. Her order sat at the order window for an additional 20 minutes. During this time, 3 families entered, waited to have their order taken. All 3 families walked out after being ignored at the counter. One woman had to yell at a worker to get their attention and asked “Is the counter open tonight for orders?”. I asked about my delivery and was told “we need to make cookies” yet the worker didn’t bother to either make the cookies or ask for someone to help. I ended up calling my patron to convince her to let me bring her order without the single cookie. By that time it was 6:45. An hour after the order was placed. Whoever was the manager 11/9/25 at 6PM, they could use additional leadership training or a PIP. The amount of workers just ignoring customers, not actively working towards orders, or generally contributing nothing was surprising. It affected my ability to make money or serve my delivery patrons. Please do something about this.

On too many occasions at the Zaxby’s in Macclenny Florida somehow my order is constantly incorrect. I ordered a four piece chicken tender open the box once I getting home. Guess what only three chicken tender. the reply from the manager on duty, people make mistakes . Which is always the answer. He expecting me to drive back to Zaxby’s to get one chicken tender.

I think I might have ordered food from this restaurant 3 times in the 4 years I’ve lived here. I’ll get the same service with different food items. The food is disappointing every time. The milkshake was OK.

So annoying lately every time I go to Zaxbys in Macclenny something gets left out of my order. Tonight an entire meal was left out. I didn’t realize until I got home. Come on do better. I normally check before I leave but it has been a day so I forgot. When I try and call to get a refund or credit the phone just rings and then hangs up after like a minute. Please just refund my money. Also train employees to pay more attention. The young kids were in the drive thru line giggling and laughing not even paying attention to my order.

I ordered the traditional wings for the first time ever because I had a coupon, thought I’d give them a shot.
Absolutely horrible. I have never had such rubbery wings in my life.
