We are from out of state and wanted to try something more popular here. The chicken had a nice spiciness to it which wasn’t strong. The dirty rice was yummy. The Bo berry biscuits were delicious!

i don’t know if it’s the employees or some mandatory company wide policy that involves installing inaudible mic boxes, but they manage to botch my order every. single. time. they are rude every. single. time. the chicken “tenders” are always abnormally small (think nugget size) despite paying $11 for a number 9 every. single. time. i literally had to wait 20min+ for my food in the drive thru despite there only being 2 cars ahead of me. the only reason i even gave this place another chance is because the little food there is is at least good, too bad literally every other aspect sucks. do not go here, you are not going to have a “lucky” experience.

We don’t have Bojangles in Tampa FL, so everytime I come back to GA we always make sure to stop by. The food is great, the store was clean, and the staff was easily among the nicest people I’ve ever encountered in the service industry.

I stop during the week for breakfast, drive thru, about twice a week when I’m in a rush for work . This staff in that am is the nicest fast food staff I’ve ever encountered. I’ve done this for years , always the best ! Food is hot , fresh , and served with a smile .

Ordered online and apparently they forgot to take my order or even consider reading my order. Everyone thought someone else had the order prepared so no one actually did the preparing. So instead of waiting the 10 minutes like the app said I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for my food and I also was on my lunch break during this time

Bojangles chicken supremes are a rip off. You basically get chicken nuggets (3) for $7. Horrible experience and I will not go back. I told the employee about it and he said chicken tenders are basically chicken nuggets. Lol… see picture of what I received from Bojangles. I didn’t eat anything until I arrived home only to find a surprise…. That’s right, I could count the fries on one hand and chicken nuggets disguised as chicken supremes. No pride. I’ll stick to chic fil a, they understand the assignment.

Love Bojangles but this place was a BIG disappointment. Placed my order and after about five minutes was asked if I would mind waiting and I said no. Waited for 25 minutes. When I got home and looked in the boxes, I found chicken so burnt that there was hardly any meat on the inside and the biscuits were flat and HARD. The crust on the chicken was so hard it could hardly be pulled off and could definitely not bite into it. If you want real Bojangles chicken, try a different location.

This is $9 guys……put my airpod for the size comparison. The best part is that the box, which is way bigger than its contents, says “DIG IN,” and that’s all in cap ladies and gentlemen. I think they are laughing at us. My first stop to Bojangle became the last.
