The attitude at the drive through was disgusting. They did not take the simple order of a “Bo size” correctly. Then there was horrible customer service to resolve it. They don’t have the large cups for large drinks that’s offered on the menu. Also, when we asked for a receipt we were told the machine is broken and they could not offer a receipt of any kind. Why are the employees so rude and nasty. I’ll avoid those location unfortunately. FYI this was 1pm Sunday 7/16.

I just got back from picking up a togo order. I selected curbside when I ordered and checked in when I arrived. There was one person in the dining room eating at the time. I waited for 15 minutes before finally going in to see what was up. My order was ready and all but one worker was just chillin. Side eyed me while handing me my order like it was a big inconvenience.

I’m not sure who was working the drive thru but I do not appreciate the employ who was talking down to the elderly . On July 29 at roughly 11:30am we tried ordering the 12 piece supreme family meal and the person taking drive thru orders was speaking down to my father (who was being very kind) and treating him like an idiot. If you don’t know the menu, don’t take it out on customers. He was being condescending and sounded irritated when we asked for the Bo sauce and said they don’t have anything like that. Then when he didn’t ask which fixins we wanted, we asked if they still come with the meal, and he very rudely said no. His tone of voice was so offensive that at this point I told my dad to drive away and we got food somewhere else. The way he treated my dad like an idiot made me furious. The customer service here is horrid.

Negative Zero Pts
First and last time here. Ordered medium seasoned fries, small sweet tea and boberry biscuit, got small unseasoned fries, medium tea, and burnt biscuit, utensils missing. Total cost wasn’t given and waited 5 minutes for fun sounding conversation with car in front to end only to be greeted by a closed window for 5 more. No interaction except ‘keep the change’ when trying to give exact cash and ended up with more anyway.

I’m absolutely bummed and irritated with the experience I just had. I ordered a steak biscuit combo, and a chicken sandwich combo. I was ignored when I asked for the deluxe and bo-size, and if I could substitute the side, but then asked what side I wanted for my combo that states it comes with bo rounds lol. the drive thru attendant was impatient and rude. When I drove up to pay I was handed two regular size drinks, we bo sized one of the combos, I tried speaking and the window was shut on me so I waited, then when it opened again I immediately brought it to her attention that I bo sized one of the combos and she said “you didn’t say that” which… well, I did lol. She had a plethora of attitude, no name tag. So I asked for a receipt. Both employees said their receipt machine was broke so I asked if they could text me the receipt or email it to me, as their in store POS does. But They weren’t able to apparently.. The associate wasn’t wearing a name tag, but I made my order at 12:55 in a blue Kia rio. I’m going to make sure this is escalated. If you don’t want to work, then don’t work?

I don’t recommend eating at this place. Not very good customer service and the manager has a very nasty attitude. The place is very dirty and unhealthy. The young man at the register was nice.

I only ordered a side of mashed potatoes and they were horrible! Plus they gave me white sausage gravy for biscuits instead of the normal brown gravy! The potatoes were not creamy. 1st and last time I’ll go!

If you go after 8 you will be getting old food. They do not have some menu items and will tell you when you arrive that they only have a midnight menu. Food was cold with pieces of chicken instead of a full tender. Dining area is not clean and biscuits were over baked. The worse Bojangles I have ever visited. Will not be returning to this location.
