Terrible- we ordered 2 breast and two wings on Uber Eats- after waiting 45 mins they sent all dark meat which we do not eat. I called and the staff said they were out of white meat; no call or anything. They just sent the opposite of what we ordered and did NOT care at all- terrible experience

When the food is served fresh its great. Unfortunately, tonight I got off of work at 6:30 pm and ordered pickup on the app. Instant regret as soon as I opened the box, the fries were cold and the chicken was old. The eight piece had 5 wings and zero breasts. This was a very disappointing experience. Work hard all day just to drive home with cold, old, and disgusting food.

“Our family finally decided to give Bojangles a try and I’m glad we did! We’d driven past it plenty of times and always wondered, so we figured it was time to stop in. From the moment we ordered, the service was quick and the food came out fresh, not that “been sitting under a heat lamp” feeling you sometimes get at fast food spots. Everything had that made-to-order taste which was a nice surprise. The portions were filling and the prices were very reasonable, which is always a win when you’re feeding a family. Nobody left hungry, that’s for sure! If you haven’t tried it yet, don’t wait as long as we did, you’ll wish you’d stopped in sooner!”

I used to love Bojangles food! But I don’t even understand how this location stays open. They have the worst staff I’ve ever seen anywhere. I’ve tried to go there twice in the last month, waiting both times in the drive through for over 25 minutes. The last time no one was in front of me, I was the only car, and both guys at the window ignored me, one of them putting his back in the window and the other guy counting cash where everyone could see. And after 20 minutes, of course I had ordered with the drive through computer service, and they acted like I wasn’t there, I drove away. I’ve Never seen anything this bad. The owner needs to sell.

Ordered food here. The 8 piece chicken, 4 biscuits, 2sides and a ice tea family meal.
Not a single untensil or napkin offered in box. Biscuits were smashed. Sweet tea is not very good. It said ice tea rather than sweet tea so I was expecting something different. Such a small side of ranch.

The food was not fresh at all. I’m not sure if it has been sitting for a while but the fries were cold. The biscuit was hard and cold and the chicken was flavorless. The green beans were nasty! Tasted like burnt bottom of the pan food. Dont have to ever worry about me going back. No thanks!

We stood in line this morning for 25 min and no one warned anyone that the only coffee pot was broken, they were out of most biscuits and it was the slowest staff I’ve ever seen. The lady at the register didn’t care about helping anyone!! Don’t waste your time. Let without anything other than time wasted.

-recieved dark meat instead and the meat was pink.
– biscuits were undercooked.
-fries were missing out of the order.
Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting to serve this. Called restaurant to see about getting refund or a correct order and no answer. I do not recommend this location.
