It’s not the worst Bojangles, but it has numerous issues. I’ve never once gotten a drive thru order without having to pull into a parking space, they pre-fry too much chicken, and the tea in the lobby is often half sour

Went from a 5 star to less than 1 if I could. All workers gathered talking. They have about 50 pieces chicken already made. Not under a light … All sides were gross. Mac and cheese and the rice both was all stuck together from being out so long. I’ve had better. Way better. Very disappointed. $23 and didn’t half eat our meals. Prices are going up so service should be going up as well. If they are making more and more than I’d suggest they also put in more effort. 6-2-25 @ 5:20pm. Check your cameras to see how hard these people are working.im watching her chew as she waits on the customer.. so sad…

I walked in and ordered the special which was 2 steak for 4 and when I went to pay the cashier said that’s 5.45. I said when I’d the taxes get that high and she responded with a “just pay it and shut up look” as she simply walked away. I was hungry and in a hurry so I just let it go but the more I think about it the more unhappy I am with it. I tried to call to talk to the manager and confirm either the error on their part or my ignorance of the new tax rates but big surprise, no answer. So I guess the lesson is pay whatever they feel like even if the price is clearly marked and don’t bother them. I mean how dare we do that after all they already. Have to take the orders and make the food all that other stuff is obviously not their concern.

The person taking the order did an awful job. Once we paid, it took 18 minutes to get the food, which was a very small order. The bag they brought out was missing food that I paid for. Had to go in and get my missing food. There were 5 people working in the restaurant at this time. This is ridiculous.

Don’t bother paying for Bo Size just to get a regular size that is not even full. Four Bo rounds for almost $7 on Doordash. Steak biscuit was in absolute crumbs like it had been stepped on or punched to the point it would have to be eaten with a fork. No straw, no napkins, no fork. And the Bo Berry biscuit is burnt and hard as a hockey puck. Every time I get food from here, it all ends up in the garbage.

It is notably cold in the store, with condensation forming on the windows. I estimate the temperature to be at least 50 degrees at 10am on October 7th, which is quite unreasonable. I recommend wearing warm attire, such as long johns.
