My friends and I popped in for lunch coming off trail after a 3 night backpacking trip. I don’t think it was the hiker hunger when I say that we all thought that this was some of the best Mexican food we’ve ever had. Service was fabulous too (thank you Kaitlyn). Highly recommend the queso! Great find, hope to get back to Roslyn one day!

The food i ordered they had made a mistake. They did offer to make it right, but i decided to go ahead because what they brought me was a signature dish, so I tried it. All of the dishes at my table came with plenty of food. Enough for two meals, which was nice. I didn’t really enjoy the dish I received. But everyone else at the table enjoyed theirs. Seemed short-handed day we were there. When in town next time, I will try again as it was rated so high on reviews that my experience may have just been an off day.

Roslyn Mexican Grill is such a hidden gem right in the heart of town! It’s a small, cozy spot with so much charm, and the food is amazing. We tried it all — queso flameado, nachos, street tacos, and fajitas — and every single dish was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection.
Our server, Anna Lisa, was absolutely wonderful — so sweet, attentive, and made us feel right at home. If you’re in Roslyn and craving delicious (Washington state style) Mexican food in a welcoming, small-town setting, this is the place to be!
They also have a couple of outdoor seating tables that are dog friendly!

Y’all… this spot a must-try. They do not miss. Great service, and unbelievably good food. Try anything with the Birria. Hot chips at your table the moment you sit down. Giant margaritas. Everything you want and more!

Soooo good, tasty fresh made from scratch authentic Mexican food! House made salsa is amazing! The atmosphere is a very friendly and relaxing . Our server (Carly) was attentive and very nice. She gave excellent suggestions and always made sure everything was taken care of.

I had 2 Delicious meals here! The service was great. The staff was friendly and courteous. Food came out as ordered and hot. The beverages were delicious. The price was great. The owner was very nice as well. Definitely recommend this establishment.

All around a fantastic experience. I started with a spicy margarita. Was perfection! I then had the Pulpo a la Parrilla. This was an octopus appetizer made with pineapple chutney. Absolutely delicious! Loved every bite. There was plenty of octopus to fill me up. The flavors were brilliant.
We sat on the outside patio. Was great for people watching. The service was excellent and we’d definitely come back again. If I could give more than give stars I would.

We had Oscar and his team cater our wedding in Roslyn and we couldn’t have chosen better for our big day. Oscar was amazing to work with and really kept our minds at ease with handling one of the biggest aspects of the event. He even went as far as to give us tips on how to lower the cost of our overall budget.
His staff was very professional and polite amidst the controlled chaos that weddings can be and they made sure our guests had all that they needed throughout service.
The food was incredible and despite having many in our guest list with dietary restrictions, we were able to accommodate everyone and we’re still receiving kudos from family/friends to this day on how much they loved it.
We’ll definitely swing by when we pass through and think of them next time we do a large event over the pass.

EDIT: It’s quite alarming that the owner is not only taking zero accountability for their unprofessionalism and lack of communication to their customers, but even moreso, blatanlty lying about insulting their waitress and the details of what occured. If the owner is willing to lie about details of the order (we ordered 5x guacs across 10 people; NOT 9x guacs across 9 people) then it is apparent that he is willing to exaggerate other details such as claiming that we insulted his staff. I am appaled at the fact that a business owner runs his business in such a manner. Attached are photos showing the discrepancies.
Took about 1.5 hours to get our food. Never communicated to our table that guac is $5.50 extra until our receipt came even after ordering 5x refills. Manager then lectured us while raising his voice. Overall, communication was poor, extremely unprofessional, and slow service. Unfortunately, would not recommend this establishment.
