I ordered a steak biscuit and paid for steak biscuit. I received an over cooked , burnt and completely old piece of leather disguised as chicken. This is definitely last night’s Cajun chicken put in the fryer again. Too scared eat the no rounds. You must do better when feeding the public.

Standing here currently waiting for my food. The three folks in here just can’t handle the amount of customers this store has. They are working great but clearly the pressures are at a high. They honestly just need help. Bo jangles needs to have more than 2/3 people working during the evening rush. Food was hot and fresh!

This restaurant deserves zero stars. Ordered chicken online because everytime we go to the restaurant they tell us no matter what time of the day they don’t have enough chicken to fulfill my order. Once my son arrived to pick up my online order he was told half the order couldn’t be cooked. My son then called me and I said to cancel the order if it was not complete, what were only half of us supposed to eat!? Manager said we would need to do that ourselves through app. The app advices you to call store. So i called the store. Manager was zero help. Absolutely bad business to take money and refuse to refund what they cant or wont provide as service. Don’t support this business! Save yourself the stress and order/eat somewhere else. Thanks to Rushs we got to eat. Lexington County will be bothered soon if you do not refund every cent of my money.

The food was fresh and hot. They were swamped and didn’t have enough workers, so it took some time to get someone to take the orders up front. Then, the manager comes to the register with an attitude because he had to take the orders and make the food. I understood his frustration, but you can’t take it out on the customers. No one was rude to him or anything. Please try to be more pleasant to customers who are being patient with you because we do understand. Other than that, everything was good.

This was my racial experience in South Carolina and worst experience ever at a fast-food restaurant. First, when placing my order, I had to repeat it twice because the young lady was not paying attention. Then she did not greet me at the window. She only informed me of my total. After I paid, she handed me a drink without a straw and then went to grab my order. I had to ask for ketchup and discovered on my way home that she failed to give me napkins also. When I got home to eat, I discovered that I was given a dry, burnt chicken sandwich. I decided to go back to the restaurant and called the location several times on my way back, but no one answered the phone. When I got back to the drive-thru window, a young Caucasian woman was there and walked away as if I wasn’t there. I assumed she went to get the manager, only to see the young Caucasian woman who served me peek around the corner at the window. They left me sitting there for 10 minutes despite my attempts to get their attention by honking the horn and tapping on the drive-thru window. Then a young African American comes to the window as if he was informed, I was there. I asked if he was the manager and informed me that he wasn’t, I informed him that I wanted to speak to his manager. He goes to the back only to return and tell me that they were closed, and the manager was locked in the office counting money and could not come to the window. I informed him what happened and asked him to go get his manager. He left again, only to return to the front and proceed to cleaning the restaurant. They ignored the fact that I was still sitting there waiting for the manager. After 15 minutes pass by, one of the ladies comes back to the window and informed me to leave or they would call the cops. I informed her that I was waiting for the manager and that I had no problem with her calling the cops. Instead of calling the cops, this time she gets the young man again, who returns to the window and says are you just going to sit here all night. I reminded him that he was supposed to be getting his manager, to which he replied I told you she is locked in the office counting money. I informed him that I wish to speak with and share my experience and show her the food I was served. He answered with you just have to come back tomorrow. I told him I was okay with coming back tomorrow but not until the manager had my name and contact information. He states she is locked in the office again and closes the window and walks off to the back again. I realized at this point that the manager was afraid to come to the window which led me to believe she already knew what happened prior to me returning. At this point I believe I had purposely been given the food and now they were afraid to address and kept sending the African American young man to the window. He returned with a paper and pen to take down my information. I informed them I would be escalating the matter. The customer service was extremely poor and the fact that only the African American young man was sent to the window to address me leads me to believe something had been done to my food on purpose. I have never been one to complain nor write reviews, but the disrespect that I received tonight was unacceptable.

First time ordering at Bojangles drive-thru on Sunset Boulevard in Lexington, SC and I ordered five piece chicken tenders, extra seasoned Cajun on french fries and lemonade. I opened the bag to make sure everything was in it as I expected. I did not have a straw in the bag, so I called the store and it must have been the manager that answered the phone. She acted as if I was calling multiple times aggravating her.

The food was good; however, I was not greeted at the window speaker. I could hear employees laughing and talking inside but had to say hello. Then the cashier said that she was waiting on me. And beware that if you haven’t been in a while that the price seems like it has doubled. We ordered a 12 piece tenders family meal and it was nearly $40. Thank goodness that it was so good but we think that it will be quite a while before we return.

The white manager with the white beard and white hair needs to work on his management skills. He licks his fingers while giving customers there food. Yelling at the young girl at the front counter for taking my order. While I was asking a question about my order. Saying if he doesn’t like it he can go somewhere else. He’s trash. Something needs to be done about him licking his fingers.
