First time at a bojangles and I’m impressed, chicken was delicious, dirty rice was amazing and Cole slaw was awesome! Wife got a chicken salad and she loved it too!

I was disappointed by an interaction I observed between a manager and an elderly gentleman, likely in his 80s. He and his wife had slowly made their way from the handicap parking spot into the restaurant. He was holding a McDonald’s cup, and the manager immediately told him he couldn’t enter with it. This forced him to walk back to the line, explain the situation to his wife, and then return to the car to put the cup away.

I understand the need to enforce policies regarding outside food and beverages, but this seemed like a moment where a little compassion and flexibility would have gone a long way.

This is the best BJ’s I have ever eaten at. Clean bathrooms, very friendly staff & wonderful patriotic atmosphere. Loved the fact that were playing Christian music.
Excellent french fries.

Went for a curbside order off the app and waited 40 min in the parking space finally go through the drive through and ask for my food and am told by a worker that “for curbside your supposed to come in” i don’t know what world he lives in but every other place curbside means they come out even the app says a “team member will be right out “ I wouldn’t even be mad if he didn’t say this but this worker had to open his mouth worst fast food experience of my life

Clean and well staffed. They had a brief power outage while we were there but opened up shortly thereafter. They are conveniently located near gas stations and other fast food options. Directly off the interstate for easy on easy off axis.

Was just in there for a doordash and this poor guy was running the front alone and the kitchen staff working like crazy doing what they was supposed to be doing. Then your night manager was standing around and cutting up with drive thru staff and once the other person for the front come back she had a attitude and slung a bag of food at one lady and refused to put napkins and straws in the doordash bag. Ridiculous and unprofessional to say the least. If you dont like your job then find a new one..

The food at Bojangle’s was fairly decent, but the biscuits that we got were super dry. Plenty of parking outside

How my Bo Rounds taste like the fried chicken? Probably because they fried in the same grease. The biscuit to my Cajun filet biscuit fell slam apart. Coffee with no sugar and no cream was the best part of the breakfast.

Whoever prepared the food dumped half the bottle of bojangles seasoning on our plates. We had to scrape our food off before we could eat. It was overpowering and almost inedible. Let the customers decide if they want the seasoning.
