person taking our order was rude and unprofessional.when we got up to the window the service wasnt any better from a different worker. after a long wait we finally got our food and they messed it up in every way imaginable. ordered a cheesy gordita crunch with a Doritos shell, not only did they forget the Doritos shell but they also forgot the nacho cheese, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream. they gave us stale and burnt cinnabon delights and even forgot the tomatoes on the supreme tacos. all around terrible experience. upon bringing the food home to my pregnant wife, im lucky im still alive to write this review. although i understand this isnt “fine dining”, just fast food, i at least expect a little bit more competence from the staff. extremely inept to making food and dealing with customers. i understand its hard to socialize after spending your whole life in your moms basement but theres no excuse for how i was treated. the taco bell in fern creek by the walmart has 10x better customer service and i will now be taking the time to drive extra miles just so i can experience some human decency. the best thing i got from this place was the baja blast, and luckily they weren’t out this time (shocker).

Overall it is a quality place to get fast food. The service time has increased greatly and there’s no longer a long wait. Only thing that I would suggest would be more consistency in the product. You never know if you’re going to get what you’re supposed to have in your burrito. Basically it depends on who is working that day.

Saw an employee kill fly with his hand and then all he did was change his glove I confronted him and asked him to please wash his hands and wash the counter where he killed it. He said oh I put on a different glove I said I understand but you need to wash your hands and wash that countertop. Supervisor and manager standing right there when he did it places full of flies buzzing all around very hard to eat your food also trash bag by the front entrance very unclean

Dirty dirty dirty dirty the service is the absolute worst on the planet. The attitude for even asking for food is amazing. If I could give this place less that 1 star I would. If stores can’t hire and train staff to do a Job and hold them to the standard close the store! Zero leadership or initiative in this store.

Drive through backed up, so I go inside. Stood there for 5 minutes while multiple employees walked by and failed to tell me to order from the kiosk. Luckily, another customer did. From entry to leaving, it took 30 minutes. Never going inside again, if my son didn’t like it, probably never return unless I’ve been drinking. Either way, get used to ordering online and picking it up. In the interim, put up some signs telling people you won’t say hi and that they need to order using the kiosk. Otherwise, they won’t be served.

It’s Taco Bell. It’s hit or miss, but I feel like that’s how it is with any fast food place. I swing by here on occasion and they almost always get my order correct and the food is typically hot or at least an acceptable temperature. The people at the window are pleasant. I’ve never had a huge problem with Taco Bell and will continue to go.

One of the worst Taco Bell that I ever order. Night shift staff is just worst. I order doordash none of the items are correctly made. Ordered supreme they just put beans and lettuce that’s it on all of item that I ordered. Just worst experience all the time.
