Edit to add 11-18-24 order, so my pregnant wife wanted a chicken quesadilla from here even though our last visit wasn’t good but I caved and went again, this time I was charged for a chicken quesadilla but got just cheese and my chili cheese fries were not as ordered either, I don’t want to contact anyone, I don’t want a refund, I just want what I pay for and that’s literally it, thanks.
Sadly, I cannot say anything good about this place anymore, as an F&B manager myself I know how difficult it can be every day, so I usually just overlook inconsistency and inaccuracy from here but today was the worst!
I ordered snack tacos with light meat and extra cheese, super easy, paid extra like anywhere else and it’s fine, really subbing beef for some cheese should be free anyways but that’s not the problem at all.
3 of the tacos were broken already and also well I’ll just show the pictures I guess..
Every pic is a different taco, but, at least the cashier guy was nice

The food was amazing here I just got a snack taco and some fries of course with plenty Del Scorcho. The entire staff was friendly and Victor greeted me right when I came in. Julie was also very friendly and was going above and beyond her job duties. She was multitasking drive thru orders and making sure the store was clean inside. Much appreciated and great job Del Taco team.

Went thru the drive thru. There are two places to take your order. They took 2 cars before taking my order and I was there first. They took my order and I had to repeat it twice…it was simple…fiesta pack. So frustrated. Del Taco you can do better.

You know how sometimes you walk into a fast food restaurant and it is immediately apparent that things are well-rounded, clean, and the employees care about each other, their work, the food they are making, and you as a customer? This Del Taco location is one of those places! We went in for take-out, had special instructions for almost every item for our family of four, and got someone who was training on the register. She was sweetly helpful, and the support staff helping to train her was patient, friendly, and jumped in any time she needed to find something unusual or new. (Well done, Javier!!!! You are going places, such fantastic team building AND customer service! Hope you receive kudos from your management at this location!). The floor was clean in the kitchen (how many times do you see other restaurants literally slinging food on the floor and walking in it? Not here!!!), The restaurant was clean and we’ll lit, and the team on the prep line was positive, encouraging each other, and hurrying to get orders prepped accurately. We’ll be back!!!

ALWAYS LOVE TRYING DIFFERENT FOODS FROM DIFFERENT CITIES. THID DEL TACO IN BANNING CA IS THE BOMB. THE BEEF TACOS ARE SO GOOD. GUACAMOLE AND CHIPS ARE SO GOOD. ID WOULD DEFINALY COMEBACK AGAIN. EMPLOYEES ARE SO NICE AND KIND. INSIDE NICE AND CLEAN . RESTROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN.

I placed an order on the del Taco app within 5 minutes it was marked as delivered at my house which I knew was impossible so I tried to call the store and they wouldn’t answer the next day they are telling me they are not responsible it’s doordash I need to call doordash even though I have a confirmation number from del Taco and A receipt from del Taco there’s no accountability and they are thieves do not order online from del Taco

There hasn’t been a bad experience coming to this specific Del Taco. I have only ordered through Drive Thru so I can’t say much about the interior but the drive thru service has always been good. I usually order a quuesadilla or shrimp tacos. Ask for the spiciest sauce.
