The cashier had 0 customer service and a bad attitude. Being a diabetic, I asked for lemon slices to add to my water and her response was “I don’t think we have any but I’ll check” she asked another employee did they have any lemons and that employee said that she hadn’t cut up any. The cashier turns towards me and says “we don’t have any” the audacity of some people wanting to working with the public but lack basic customer service skills.

This drive through has a computer who takes your order, but still somehow got it wrong. The food is good though for fast food it gives different options for sides then just basic fries

Hands down the worst chicken strips I’ve ever seen. They should never have been allowed out the door. Burnt and rubbery and completely inedible. And the girl working the drive thru was on her phone the whole time.

Stopped here for a quick meal on our way to the airport, and it didn’t disappoint. I am now wondering why we don’t have one of these in New England… I would open my own franchise in New England if I could figure out how, it was that great. Nothing back home compares to the quality of this food in the ‘fastfood’ industry, though I do not even consider Bojangles fast food after the quality and flavor I experienced here. To top it off the employees at this location were very friendly and the whole building was super clean (even the bathroom). Give Bojangles a go if you see one in your travels, and give this a ‘like’ if your experience was as pleasant as mine.

Stop by Bojangles this morning for a quick breakfast. The food is usually good but this morning the biscuit was a little cold and not as fresh as it usually is. I had the sausage, egg, cheese biscuit with hashbrowns combo with orange juice. I did love the fact that K-love Christian music was playing. They could do a little bit of cleaning in different areas but overall it was good.

Area around tea urns and drink dispenser was inundated with fruit flies. Rice was hours old and chicken was over cooked and rubbery, like it had been under a heat lamp too long. Staff was rude and went out of their way to NOT be helpful.

Bojangles always has great chicken!! I find the Supremes and fries as my go to order. Not always the cleanest fast food spot, but good food and prices. Prepare to wait 5-10 minutes for food.

Came in to eat breakfast at around 1030am. After ordering, went into the restroom and one of the employees was in the stall smoking weed and as soon as I came in he walked out without washing his hands.
The tea urns have fruit flies flying all around them and the whole drink area is FILTHY!! The dining area is filthy as well. I am highly surprised they even got a 92 sanitation rating.
I’ll be making a report to the Columbus county health department about this location.
