The food is unreal, the portions are straight-up “take a box home and question your life choices” big, and the service is A+++ every single time. Prices are so fair it feels like they forgot to update them with inflation.

Nice, clean dining room. Restrooms were spotless too and smelled good. The service was fast and friendly. And the food?
FANTASTIC.
It’s no exaggeration that this is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Indiana, much less Columbus. Every part of the meal was fresh and delicious. Guacamole, pico, rice, beans…every bit was SO good. Generous lunch portions. Good prices. Very nice staff.
We were here visiting and would definitely stop in when we are in the area again. You owe it to yourself to try El Nopal!

I should’ve taken more pics. The drinks were huge and delicious, especially the salted rims. The food was great, especially the mixed and Hawaiian fajitas. Loved the chips and 2 kinds of salsas for the table. Ordering/service was a little challenging but definitely worth going!

Great experience and food tasted really good. The service was cordial and the food came out reasonably fast. While we waited they provided delicious chips and hot salsa and got us our drinks. The server kept checking on us and provided refills for our drinks.

I had an on-site interview and I had my lunch interview here. The food was very delicious and the menu had so many options to choose from. I loved my shrimp tacos. Specially the avocado was very fresh and delicious. The staffs are very friendly and prompt.
Update: I went here for a second time with my colleague and we had extremely delicious and big portion food. I ordered tilapia salad and it was very fresh and delicious. I also ordered coffee and a Mexican sweet and the server did free refill for me three times (without even asking) which was very nice. The place is very cozy and offers comfortable sitting and is like 10 min walking from my current house.

Absolutely delicious! Fresh, hot chips and tasty salsa. Our food was delivered quickly. We had margaritas and those were delicious as well. This was a great choice as we were passing through the area. We’ll be back though!

We drove from Little Nashville to Columbus just to eat, so glad that we decided to eat at El Nepal. I ordered the Pollo Veracruzano, my boyfriend got the combination Fajitas, DELICIOUS, he usually cleans his plate and wants more, he was very happy that he had leftovers, me too! Our chips were delicious,I prefer a chunky salsa,but it had a good flavor, queso was excellent. We will definitely be back next time we visit the area. Thank you for the great experience!

I got food poisoning and ended up in the hospital for 2 days eating here. Which is said cause we have been going here for years but I will never be back. Just thought people should know to be careful.
