The young lady that took my order was rude and when I ask her to call it back because the amount she gave was way to low! She yelled back what she heard and when I tried to correct her she snapped that’s what I said ! Needless to say when I got to the window the order was wrong. When I told her it was wrong she argued with me and told me this is what you ordered! I tried to tell her what I wanted but she wouldn’t stop arguing with me. So we had to pretty much take what she gave us! 52.00 for food we didn’t order after sitting in line for 30 minutes. She was a right fighter and was not going to be wrong! Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had at a Bojangles. She definitely needs training on customer service or at very least learn to listen without trying to be right!

Quite possibly the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. The older lady at the counter (seemed like she was the manager) was rude and did not understand what we were trying to order when we said we wanted chicken tenders (and then we still ended up receiving bone-in chicken). We tried to get 6 Bo-berry Biscuits which they didn’t have on hand, they only had 2 which was okay but we were charged for 2 and did not receive them. Then they almost didn’t give us our half gallon of sweet tea and our 2 fountain drinks until we waited and asked for them. I definitely do not recommend going to this Bojangles.

Their lobby was closed but they allowed me since I have a truck that can’t fit in the drive thru. Everyone was professional, food was fresh!

These reviews hold up… so disorganized. Place isn’t even busy and they have no biscuits ready. It’s bojangles. There were more people in the line with wrong orders than people waiting to order. At one point the staff in the kitchen stopped working to argue and then later on stopped working to joke around. Do a clean sweep in the kitchen (and in the dining room) and hire people ready to work.

Worst experience ever , ordered a mobile pickup order never got the food so I left after waiting for 30 minutes. You would have better luck getting your order if you drove to Raleigh for bojangles and came back your order would still not be ready. Went back to the drive through and basically were told “oh well”.

I got there for a grubhub and the inside was closed again. I went to the drive thru and they said they were closed for extra orders

We stopped by on a Saturday morning, just before 6:00 am. We sat at the drive-through window for at least 5 minutes, and no one took our order. The sign on the door said that they open at 5:30. We drove around the building once and saw employees. We drove back to the drive-through, but still no one took our order. We left and went to McDonald’s.

Locked doors, they will not let you inside. No way to wash hands and use the bathroom but they still want your money. No sign telling you inside is closed so you can avoid wasting your time. From now on, I’ll go elsewhere so I can SIT DOWN and eat with clean hands.

I wish people would understand that staffing issues are not the restaurants fault, it’s your governments.
