Quality has gotten worse and worse every time we visit.
1. Found a piece of plastic in my banh mi
2. Banh mi bread has gotten staler with each visit
3. Broth has lost flavor and richness over time
4. We ordered a grilled chicken banh mi and received a grilled chicken plate
Service is very bare minimum, but I don’t really mind that. As long as the food delivers. And it has not been delivering.

Would never go back here again. So basically I looked for the closest pho spot because i was SO hungry and this spot was the closest. Restaurant looked good, didn’t have to wait for a seat. When i ordered 2 pho bowls, it took around 25 minutes and we were just sitting there starving. Next, when the Pho came, it only had broth and bunched up undercooked noodles. Me and my family were already frustrated but we were so hungry so we just ate. Since it was 80% broth, i ordered a fried rice. They didn’t even give me utensils, so i asked for some spoons. They gave me forks. I wanted chili sauce on the side, and replace the calamari with fried tofu. There was no chili sauce available, and they didn’t replace the calamari. On the bill, they charged me for the chili sauce they didn’t give me, and the fried tofu that they didn’t replace me. I was just in disbelief. And then when I tipped them 5% (i shouldn’t even be tipping, their service was garbage) they told me that the minimum tip amount is 15 percent. that made my bill 60 damn dollars for some food and service that was worth 5. Never coming here again.

The food here is good but there is always an issue ordering take out from this spot. On multiple occasions I have had to wait 40-60 minutes for my food despite being told 20 minutes, and most recently they did not include part of my order, when trying to contact someome about it, the number they provide for online order issues is disconnected and when you call the store, no one answers.

This is a great experience if you are a pho lover like us! I had the vegan pho option (#9) and it blew my mind. I would like to come eat here at least once a week. Delicious music and food, the atmosphere is tranquile, and servers very attentive. Thank you Pho 14! ✨

The rice noodle was elastic, love the popping texture. The sauce for the spring rolls was too salty. The service was a little slow while foods came fast.

We had rice noodles, chicken curry, fried rice, beef steak and thai tea. The food was good, but the portion was a bit small.
pros: Delicious food, well ambience
cons: the server was in a rush in a relatively empty restaurant, and he barely let us finish our orders! Also the facilities were a bit disappointing with no handwash and towels.

Truly Horrible service, sat for 5 minutes without being greeted and the Server was very rude when we asked for menus after the 5 minutes we waited. Server was miserable, as-well as the Windows being disgusting… Overall one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever encountered. Will never be going back. Viet chopsticks down the street is way better in all aspects.

Exactly what I needed following a late evening out! The apple broth was fantastic in the vegetarian soup, and not sweet like one might expect. I also tried the Vietnamese iced coffee, the Thai tea, and a mango smoothie. All were amazing, but the mango smoothie was my absolute favorite! Creamy and not too sweet, a wonderful contrast and light beverage in comparison to the other, more traditional drinks. And to top it all off, the service was amazing. Both staff members servicing the restaurant on the day of my visit were exceptionally great and enthusiastic, giving tons of friendly smiles. This was my first time visiting, and I’ll certainly be back for more!

I ordered the Vegan Pho which was really and different from traditional vegan Pho as it was made with apple broth. I really liked how it tasted including the vegetables and liked the lemongrass spicy sauce on the side with it. I’d definitely return here again.

I visited again with my mother recently. The Pho portion was nice. The broth wasn’t as flavorful and this time I wasn’t given any spicy sauce on the side.
The key issue we had was the Veg curry. It was given on a plate and not a bowl. With very little curry and lots of boiled vegetables only. More so the rice was a little more on the raw side.
