Very bad service from start to finish. I wanted chicken wings but they didn’t have any. They told me they start serving chicken at 10:30, and i said it’s 10:20 now so I ordered the supreme dinner. I stood there waiting, it’s a crowd of girls working behind the counter and I still had to ask them for my tea. Chicken supreme was over cooked, Tasted terrible. Service was so slow and they have absolutely no manners at all, they act just like they don’t care. Cashier was Jonquettee. She was horrible act like they hate Bojangels.

It was my first time at that Bojangles and I enjoyed it. After I placed my order it was ready in less than a minute or two and it was hot like they just got done cooking it. The service was good, along with the food. It was clean and wasn’t loud or rowdy. Everyone was sitting and eating their meals and Bojangles had music playing inside at a respectable level and I must say it was nice. I definitely would go back.

Ordered online for immediate pickup and estimated time to be done was 5 minutes on the app. Get there in about 10 minutes and it was chaotic behind the register in the kitchen. Waited another five minutes to be acknowledged. Stated that I was there for a pickup order and that’s when they actually picked up the ticket. Waited another good 15-20 minutes for “fries” and all we ordered was a supremes meal and a 3 piece dark meal. Do not recommend the pickup app if this is the normal service to expect. Fries and chicken I found poorly seasoned. Usually food is ok but and fast, but use the drive thru.

I ordered a supremes tailgate. They said there was a wait. I asked about how long. He said 2 min. 15 minutes later, the same guy brought 2 other cars their meal and not mine. I was waiting first. He came to the window and said it’s taking longer because they didn’t have anymore dirty rice and would I like anything in its place. I asked for fresh fries. I then made a comment about the wait and the cashier was almost arguing with me saying that he doesn’t have anything to do with that because he works the front. I asked if he was the one that took my order and he said yes, but… I told him that it’s important to give more accurate information about the possible wait because I would’ve ordered something else. There was an exchange of excuses he gave and attitude as well. So after nearly 30 minutes my food arrived. The food was hot but the fries were dark, as of old fries were double dipped in the grease. Horrible service compared to other times. Not even an apology or anything.

Came to this place 2 weeks ago and ordered and a meal and my chicken was not cooked all the way! Was told by the manager on duty that the next time I was back in the area he would replace my meal when I returned I encounter a rude lady on duty that didn’t want to replace anything although I showed her my receipt and told her the managers name!! I will never return to this place again!!

Had to wait about 10 mins. before we could place order then waited 20 mins. before we got order. When we opened our box we found hard old chicken wings and hard biscuits. First time ever. Always food has been super fresh and good at the Raeford nc Bojangles.
